    I’ve had it for less then a year and the mic broke

    The sound on these are God Level insane. Nothing else compares and that’s cause l’ve bought so many headsets . This by far is the best one!!

    Good quality, usb a dongle with a usb c charging port. Also has aux input. The haptics aren’t as strong as the Razer Nari Ultimate wireless and the ear cups don’t turn , only extend . RGB chroma enabled.

    I love this headset, the sound top notch and the battery life typically gets me through most sessions. Only complaint is the joint on the right side snapped a little over a year into owning the item, and thats with me taking really good care of them. If you chose to go with this product, be sure to get extended coverage because your $200 investment into the product with be lost a year into owning it.

    Headset sound and comfort is great but the battery life is only about 3-4 hours and it randomly loses connection to it bluetooth usb and i have to reconnect it all the time

    These headphones are phenomenal!
    The quality of surround sound in itself is enough for the price, then to include the adjustable bass and absolutely seamless audio interface.. they’ve gone above and beyond!! That’s to say the least.

    The Razer Kraken V3 pros are the absolute best pair of headphones I’ve ever purchased.
    Not to mention how comfortable they are on my ears!
    WELL DONE RAZER!!!

    DONT BUY…..

    Shortly after 2 months I noticed plastic cracking. With normal use and cracked on both sides.

    I really enjoy these headphones. The fit is comfortable and the mic sounds clean. The software has been stable and hasn’t lead to any sound or speaking issues.

    I’m used to having a flip to mute feature, but the mute button is easily located and more reliable.

    My only wish for this headset is regarding the haptics. I think it’s super cool for single player gaming, but I don’t enjoy the haptics when it’s trigger my my teammates speech or from the discord chat.

    Because most of the games I play are multiplayer thru discord, it’s a feature I almost never use.

    They work great. The haptics are a pretty cool feature. You may need to adjust the default eqs and volumes because the mic picks up the headphone sounds when the volume is even a bit too high.

    Great set of headset, the sound is superb, the haptic feedback is great, but I can see this being a personal preference since some people may like it, others cannot, you can reduce or eliminate the intensity of the feedback by pressing the feed back button, the microphone is clear, connection is great, if you try to run your speakers and headset at the same time, it can confuse your computer, so make sure to play around with your settings if you plan on doing that, the headset will stop working if the computer gets confused and you may have to restart. Overall, I love the headset from razer and the chroma rgb is a plus.

    Pretty good for a mid tier headset. Not the headset you want if you are looking to hear foot steps and every other little sound that you might want. Gets the job done and it lights up different colors. Has better interface and support on PC than console.

    It’s a pretty decent headset when it decides to work. Synapse I still have a love / hate relationship with it. When it works, it works fantastically, but when it doesn’t, well… you either have to reboot, or unplug and replug the device back in. It’s very comfortable, and I still have the regular USB version of this headset, but wanted to see how the wireless was. The haptic feedback… well… it’s a mess. I don’t use it. At all. It makes my entire head rattle and it’s more of an annoyance than actually enhances anything.

    If you can get this on sale, go ahead and pull the trigger on it, but at regular price? Nah. Grab the USB version of it. It’s good, but not good enough to recommend seriously.

    I have the wired version as well and I love the convenience of these / the comfort factor of being wireless, but the battery life is less than desirable. Also, I’ve been told that if I have them plugged in and charging while using the mic, I end up sounding tinny. Unplugged (from charger), the mic sounds fine.

    Upgraded from the razer nari ultimate to this.

    Pros: much sturdier build, better sound quality in my opinion, detachable mic, usb c, different style mute button that i like very much.

    Cons: Haptics do not seem to work when charging

    Find you a headset you like & it will be great!

    Superb quality on sound for gamers with a lot of adjustments that can be made through their software.
    Materials are always meh.
