The adhesive on the bottom of the monitor bracket does not stick to the dash and the base does not conform to a rounded dashboard.

Purchased this brand on the recommendation from a relative. This is a great back-up camera and works everytime. The only thing was I meant to purchase the wireless but after installing, it’s no big deal.

i was not expecting such a great back up camera for the price, the 7 inch screen is awesome and the clarity is amazing.

Its good not great. The big 7 inch screen ain;t the best in resolution. The lines in the camera view for back up warning area, i could do with out. The worst directions in the world for installation. I’m mechanically inclined and it took me 15 to 20 mins to figure out the wiring. They even forgot about one wire. My friend has a peak brand back up camera with a smaller monitor screen which resollution looks so much better and he said it was really easy to install.

The product came in in Chinese so I could not change the language. The wiring harness had an open ground so the reverse camera did no work, but that was only minor. My issue came when the install group kept putting me off on the installation so by the time it was installed it was past the return time of 14 days so I’m out $100 and no backup camera. Will not buy anything else from Best Buy

The system worked quite well and has a generous screen. However the screen on the monitor had scratches on it when removed from box- so is being returned for replacement.

The display is not high definition but show what is behind the car. The distance lines are rather accurate. The installation instructions have improved quite a lot.

This seemed to be a great product. However when I purchased this the team member who recommended this camera to me. Did not tell me that they could not install it as it was a bar camera and not allowed in the state of Texas. We had to return the item.
The worst part is it was a Birthday present and my son was really looking forward to having a backup camera.

Works exactly as advertised. Love the larger than most monitor. Besides added safety backing up I use the monitor to pinpoint the trailer hitch! Making the back up to the trailer a one time shot versus backing up and pulling toward several times to get directly in line.

Bought this camera camera and made an appointment with Besy Buy to have it installed. Three weeks later, after I dropped my truck off, I was informed that this camera could not be installed in my truck, or any other vehicle to his knowledge. It needs a signal that all the other cameras dont require to trigger the display when the vehicle is put in reverse.
1) Best Buy should not sell products that can’t be installed. They should not have made me wait 3 weeks for an appointment to find this out.
2) The technician was knowlegeable, but had no backup plan as far as options. I would have had to wait a month for the next appointment to try any option anyway.

Defective upon arrival. Video plug wire was not centered during the manufacture process, so only 1 or 2 strands of wires making the connection. Obviously no quality control during the building process nor any check when boxing it up.
Never got the chance to connect it to the vehicle. Sent it back to Best Buy, but took a long time to receive credit for the purchase. Guess they want to make sure no one gets used to returning items.

The monitor and camera were easy to install. But, the monitor seems to be a bit too big for my daughter’s car (Hyundai Elantra) and took up too much dash/window space. We are going to exchange for a similar, but smaller version.

It did not work. Instead of supplying a back up camera, it was a constant camera out of the back of the car. This made it impossible to use the rearview mirror. Had them take it out and return it.
