    I bought this for my son in November as a Xmas present. He didn’t get around to opening and trying it out until mid-January. The control for cooking did not work out of the box , and all it would do was go to “warm”…so it was faulty from the first time it was plugged in.

    I ordered this item for my mother who is a senior citizen and this item was stolen I have called several times to have this reimbursed to my account since I bought this for my mother for her b day and only was limited to speaking to Indian employees who are incompetent and do not know how to do their jobs.

    Got mine and only had it “work” normally twice otherwise the switch is faulty on it and just switches to warm. Currently working with the manufacturer since I am past the time to work with BB on returning/swapping it.

    The process of making rice is a bit messy. I tried to cook 2 cups of rice but the water started overflowing. I tried 1 cup of rice and the same result. Steaming and cooking rice was also messy, the water would overflow and get all over the items I was trying to steam.
