The chair is exactly what I wanted and expected but Best Buy sent me a damaged unit. It was the only one left, so I kept it. I really enjoy all the adjustments this chair has and it is very comfortable.

The seat tilt lock just does not work, so you get flung forward at the slightest tilt forward. Then it is hard to correct back, therefore I’ve left it free. My chair just leans forward all the time now.

when I first saw this chair , I was worried it might be a little small , but when I started using it , I found that it is very comfortable. In general , I am very bad in assembling stuff but this chair was relatively easy to put it together

We have had the chair about a month. The assembly was pretty ease if you read the instruction. There very little instructions (video on-line is not helpful), but the small print is essential.
Otherwise, a well built chair that is very comfortable.

Seat is comfy for long sitting & the back support is great. Also like how easy the chair rolls. I’m only 4’11” so I need a chair that moves easily. Had for a month now and the back issues I was having with the old chair is gone.

It’s an alright chair but I didn’t find it very comfortable. There are so many moving parts – back, forward, up, down, arm rest up, arm rest down, arm rest in, arm rest out, I think you can even move the seat forward or back – but it still wasn’t a comfortable sit for me at that price. Plus I read other reviews saying the moving parts get loose after awhile and I just decided to return and keep searching for the right chair.

I bought this to survive remote work in pandemic and it is working beautifully. It’s comfortable. I wish it had a few more features like lumbar support or arm rests that adjust left/right and forward/backward than just up and down. For the price, it was perfect for my needs.

Decent chair for the price. Has all the adjustments you could need. Seat cushion and mesh back are very comfortable. Seat tilt lock can unlock on it’s own with random movements but it’s seldom and not a big deal.

I have been teleworking for months and needed a more comfortable chair for my home office. This chair is great and and has multiple adjustable features to get your comfort level just right. A big plus for me are the adjustable arm rests. Does not have adjustable lumbar, but the fixed lumbar support works fine for me.

I used this chair for 3 weeks. My middle and upper back started to hurt. Wasn’t sure if it was the chair or something else. I swapped the chair with another in my home and back pain went away a few days later. My son (18 years old) took the chair. He’s virtual schooling so he used the chair for a couple weeks. Sure enough he started to have back issues.

Whewww First let me say this was the first time I purchase and did a pick up curb side and it was a smooth process good job best buy! I was just so happy to get a chair asap i forgot about assembling and of course they didn’t nor could. Soo i got it home and at first was a little intimidating ,,,,,, But it was easier then i thought. it says it doesn’t supply a screwdriver but it did supply the tool. i love the chair arm lift – ooh when putting on the arms make sure you have the seat turn up right sitting side up and then slide arms in underneath it does not say on arms which is left or right so this way you know.

Leans to the left, makes to much noise, didn’t come with enough parts and it’s impossible to get all the bolts in the bottom because of the mechanism. Would like my money back and get one off of Amazon and save a CONSIDERABLE amount of money. Don’t waste your time and money!

LOVE this chair! Great quality and very comfortable. The padding on the seat is thicker than many other chairs that I’ve looked at. There’s a TON of options to adjust the position of the seat. I only gave it 4 stars because it was a bit of a pain to put together. I’m used to having a chair already be partially put together but this is because it’s better made than others I’ve purchased in the past. Just take your time – it’s not difficult, just requires more time and attention than others. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new office chair.

Some of the pieces are a little difficult to put together and the instructions are a bit lazy. Not great on greats. Comfortable, maybe a little too high for a short desk. Arms wiggle a bit, but not annoyingly. Cushion is pretty dense and mesh back are pretty supportive. Has a decent amount of options of how you want the chair to be positioned i.e. seat, back, arms, etc.

I literally could not get the arms attached. There was no hole to screw them into. And I agree with another comment I saw where the bolts are very difficult to get in due to how the mechanism is put together. The cushion seems comfortable, but I’m not able to adjust the angle, like you’re supposed to be able to. It’s not worth taking apart and returning, but I would not recommend.

Great chair. I have bad back pain from a car accident and my job is a high demand sitting job, so it’s hard to stand to relieve the pain without having to sit down instantly. With this chair I can sit much longer using this chair. Some days I don’t even have to stand. Again, great chair, and even better price (:
