I like the design even tho it could be a bit smaller for the ear canal to have a better fit but still they feel amazing the look tho is sleek and stylish. For listening to music they are clear and the base is just in point. Now call quality is great too. They only thing is missing is an EQ on the app to make this perfect and the case to be updated has to be with a computer that I dont get it but the earbuds themself can be updated throught the app is weird but ok. Overall a great pair of eardbuds.

Noise cancellation is horrible on these. Other person can hear everything in the background

While using this headphone for taking calls, people on the other side are not able to hear me very well. People complain that my voice is coming out as muffled on the other side or feels like I am speaking from very far.
Also, when using this headphone while eating, it keeps falling off the ear.

Sound is good but wind messes it up n talking with on phone people say sounds like I’m in a tunnel money I payed not worth it

The microphone will not work on conference calls through Bluetooth. This includes google meet, zoom, and Microsoft teams. I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

This product was OK, however, it wasn’t quite as good as I expected to be. I do have some of the other products and I recommend those.

It definitely has the old Plantronics quality and ease of use. The sound quality is good and filters out background noise very well

These rest, so loosely in my ears, even shaking my head would knock them out. Also, I tested the audio quality of the recordings and it was mediocre at best.
