    The ear piece works perfectly. Great sound even loud enough for music listening for those that like to keep one ear open. Delivery date was longer than mentioned on website. item was delayed and took 5 days to arrive rather than next day as advertised.

    I have had a Plantronics, now Poly headset for the past 7 or 8 years. the comfort and sound quality are un beatable. Indoors or out the noise canceling work perfectly. I have a second head to switch too as the other charges in the portable charging case…. love it.

    I love this product .It’s lightweight, easy to pair to your phone, lets you know how much talk time you have when you turn it on. You can even answer your phone with it , if your phone is not near. Great at canceling noise. Great product.

    This has been my favorite for several years. My husband purchased this replacement for me @ Xmas. I enjoy the comfort since it doesn’t sit too deep into my ear yet is stable with the over ear design. I have been able to wear for hours and keep one 5200 in the house and keep one in my car. I like the option of wearing while driving so I can feel safe if I need to answer an incoming call, but have used it to send quick messages using Siri too. The noise cancelling feature is convenient at home when I am cooking, sitting on hold, and on a walk it helps to climate wind or traffic noises too.
    My request would be a different color than black!!! I was shopping for something similar before replacing since – it would make it easier to locate when I set it down, drop it when outside or when I drop it on the carpet in my car!!! Love it and would enjoy red or blue 5200!!!!

    In my opinion this use to be the best Bluetooth you could find. Now it’s just ok, I’ve owned about 20 of them over the yrs and I’ve never had issues with them right out of the box. After using it for a wk it’s supposed to tell you it’s connected but about ever 3 turn on it doesn’t say anything nor did it connect. No it’s not the phone either as my Samsung pro always connect fine every time. HP and poly have made it so difficult to find or even get support! Used to be able to just go to Plantronics but now it’s Plantronics then to Poly Then you have to sign into HP? Wth! Really HP that’s just ridiculous! The quality is there but the software needs a vast improvement! Supposed to announce caller but never works anymore, the batteries they switched to are horrible. I use to be able to get 2yrs out of one but not anymore after a yr it’s pretty much toast!

    I have found the Polly headset to be very accompable. Have great microphone reception and also noise-canceling. So people can hear you clearly on the other end

    I absolutely love this version. It fits comfortably and it actually does reduce the background noises when you are talking with someone. I still don’t understand why so many people don’t use quality earpieces and remain hand free. Plus if you leave your phone, the earpiece will let you know you are no longer connected.
