    I been a fan of this brand for 8 years. i have upgrade 3 times. This is the worst unit I’ve owned. Very low volume on receiver end hard for them to hear me. Hard to put on with one hand like previous units. And the magnet charging always has to be checked that its charging. I wasted my money on this one. I threw it my drawer

    This unit, though slightly less expensive than it’s similar-brand twin (5200), has impressed me more than the counterpart did. And, compared to another brand’s offering, it is vastly superior. Responds to verbal command and connects to the phone instantly–and seems to remain connected for quite a distance from the phone.

    It’s not so much the product but Best Buy sending an email telling me the item (an earpiece for my husband) was ready for pickup. Then I got an email saying the order has been cancelled. Eventually I found a substitute and ordered it. The order I placed for my earpiece and my husband’s was put outside in the “locker” which didn’t really feel safe.

    Very large for behind/over the ear. The sound quality, talk time, distance from phone, overall performance was less then stated on box.
    The usb/magnetic charging cable was a hassle to keep connected to earpiece. Unit had to be hung or placed a certain way to get unit to charge. Charging capability or lack of resulted in me returning the unit. I do not recommend this item!!!

    Garbage! Plantronics used to set the standard for bluetooth ear pieces, but oh how they have fallen. I got complaints from nearly every client that I called through the Voyager. I was finally forced to scrap it. No wonder Plantronics changed their company name!

    This Bluetooth is crystal clear and the background cancels out noise so the perso on the other end, does not hear what’s going on in the background. I love this Bluetooth!..I wish the battery life was longer than 6 hours though…
