    This sound bar is a solid buy without breaking the bank. Other options may offer some additional features, but at a much higher cost as well. If you are looking for something simple and basic, which still provides some features that the higher end options have (such as Amazon Alexa) then this is for you!

    The worst! Can’t get it connected because Alexa won’t recognize our 5G. Fun you’ll need To set up using Alexa. Prob gonna return.

    The sound bar sounds great, especially with the sub and surround speakers. I use the setup as a bluetooth connected sound system for my Epson projector which is mounted to the ceiling (no wires! :)). It works great. I had an S2, which was great for it’s price. Totally worth the upgrade ($350 price difference) for the richer audio, surround sound expansion, and (icing on cake) better remote- I like that pressing the “music” button twice activates all speakers. Unlike the S2, the React sounder also has some basic visual feedback on volume/balance/surround levels. Only downside is that volume is significantly different when streaming music from Alexa/Amazon music versus streaming audio from my bluetooth projector (I haven’t figured out how to level that out).

    This sound bar is actually really good. It sounds clear and it’s loud when you maximize it along with some of its features without all the other small Bluetooth speakers. I would recommend for anyone looking for a good sounding sound bar. It also looks really nice

    Was really simple to setup and get working. Had no issues getting Alexa to work on the soundbar. Sound quality is great and looks good in my lounge setup.

    I bought this to use as a low-profile speaker for music in our sitting room. I thought the built-in Alexa would make it easy to stream music from my Amazon Music account simply by using voice commands. Alexa works fine-when the soundbar can maintain the internet connection. The Wi-Fi signal in the sitting room is strong, but the soundbar has trouble maintaining the connection. This, of course, leads to confusion on the part of Alexa and means I have to manually connect it back to Wi-Fi.

    As far as sound quality goes, it is really good. Perfect for my application.

    This sound bar is great! Compared to the Sonos Beam, the sound quality is as good or better. Setup was easy as well, and it’s a great looking speaker. The only negative is that there is no support for Apple Music through Alexa – instead I have to use Apple Music over Bluetooth which doesn’t help with multi-room music between this and my other Echo devices. I did submit a feature request to Polk about that, so hopefully they implement that in a future update. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and plan to add the sub and surrounds in the future.

    Very good sound but setup with Amazon required a call to Polk Customer Support. I was also disappointed to learn that the integrated Amazon Alexa did not contain all Amazon Alexa functionality.

    Purchased a Samsung 50″ tv that had great picture, but the sound was poor at best
    We purchased the Polk sound bar which made a significant improvement is the sound, including surround sound with improved base/voice settings.

    The sound bar was easy to install and connect to all of my devices. The sound is pretty good for the price. I can really tell the difference when using the different sound modes.

    Very good sound bar for the money. The audio is clear and the equalization is well balanced but you can still adjust bass/mid/treble. The only thing I don’t care for is the Echo Dot. It seems less responsive than a standalone Dot and is more of a nuisance.

    i donna like soundbars ,, and i had no desire to get one way back when they were first introduced .. but finally got tired of poor voice quality with my bedroom 24″ tv and thought that at this time ,, soundbars should be of better quality and manufacturers know how to make soundbar work right … and then reading a bunch of reviews that praises soundbar … i got this polk as my very first one …

    and i am not impressed .. i even bought the yamaha yas-109 too for another tv and it is the same .. i decided on the polk and yamaha brands for their long history of being in the speaker business ,, and assume that the $200 price range would give me a clear quality output .. and avoided lower price cheep quality and not going higher price even if quality would be better ….

    and besides ,, these soundbars cost more than twice the cost of my tv ,, but what i learned is that soundbar produce fake sound with all the options and you all know what i mean .. the physical positions of the drivers are wrong ,, they point up .. and not at you .. ,, but you may get brands that do aim at you but they are way more expensive .. with more drivers too ..

    the use of hdmi-arc and setup ,, network connections and other features all add to complicating the operations and use and more … and i am going to leave it at that .. you can read other reviewers to get more details ..

    but finally i just got a set of powered amped shelf speaker and now enjoy a more natural output .. using the headset output .. and you will get a clearer output as long as the source is good .. if you see my photo ,, i mounted the soundbar on top of my bed to have the speakers point at me .. and it was just used for ordinary tv listening at night before sleeping .. so i may try to sell soundbar or give it away ..

    last laugh ,, i noticed every soundbar brand advertises a selling feature is ,, the soundbar will produce clear voice listening .. ha ,, proves my point that tv sound is bad .. and hard to understand ..

    If I could return this I would. Won’t connect to blue tooth android phone. Wants an app that doesn’t work. The Alexa portion hardly works

    I saw Polk Audio and thought I was getting a quality product. Not so much. You’ve seen this in other reviews, it loses it’s wifi pretty quickly and from then on, every time it hears something that triggers it, it interrupts you programs audio to tell you that it can’t connect with the internet. Everytime you have to pause to wait for that before you can resume your program.
    What’s more, and I discovered this when I replaced it, it delays the audio on 4K videos. The sync was variable and annoying. After I replaced this paperweight, the audio was synced perfectly. The only difference was the soundbar. BTW, the new one is a Samsung and I’m smiling ear to ear.
    Don’t buy this.
