    While a cool idea this is lacking in a few areas that prevent it from being a 5 star item.
    1. The newer film actually takes longer to develop than some of the old film I have for my 1980’s Polaroid I’ve had since I was a kid.
    2. The unit lacks any alignment markings to ensure you get proper alignment of photos.
    3. Photos sometimes come out darker even though I am using Polaroid’s recommended settings.
    4. Sometimes the unit just doesn’t work for no explainable reason.

    Other than that it’s a cool unit and a very cool concept. I would definitely buy it again though even with the issues.

    Honestly I thought this would be a better product but it’s not worth the price. A lot of my pictures didn’t come out how I like and even came out darker even when I put the brightness all the way up. The app crashes liken every other time as well

    Works really well mostly, but can sometimes be frustrating trying to line up your phone correctly and then waisting a poloroid when they are already so expensive. Despite a few issues it works way better than I expected and is definantly worth it.

    Very fun printer. I got it to print some photos of my pets, but soon realized I could turn digital images into Polaroid prints and began printing screenshots from games I play online with my friends. It’s a bit silly, I understand, but having a physical print of that in such a nostalgic format really makes it feel special. I’d recommend this to anybody that enjoys polaroid format photos

    Purchased for my teenage daughter who originally wanted a Polaroid camera but with this photo lab u get to pick the exact picture u want to make it a polaroid rather than guessing and gettin mad u don’t have the right angles wasting expensive film

    Worth it if you like creativity, I would recommend taking your time and enjoying the process it Will be extremely rewarding. This gadget is mainly for art purposes as well as sentimental memories. This is not a portable printer.

    I love this thing!! I have the Instax printer and decided on this printer too because I love my Polaroids but hate lugging them around everywhere sometimes. The luxury of being able to print whatever is so great, especially since there are multiple options for printing. I printed a photo normally too large, on two Polaroids like a panoramic! Definitely would recommend

    I don’t believe I’m doing anything incorrectly, but every photo is coming out underexposed. I’ve done 16 different tests with several pictures (edited from within app, etc), and they all came out very dark. Pictures taken from an actual polaroid camera come out much nicer.

    We are having no luck getting decent photos out of this thing. We are wasting expensive film in our attempts. Not happy with this purchase. Cannot return as Best Buy no longer honors 45-day returns for Best Buy Elite members. I am cancelling my Best Buy Visa and taking my money elsewhere, which is too bad as I really wanted this brick and mortar to be successful.

    I love this thing. It is really neat. Took a minute to figure out some things on it, like I had to take off my phone case to get it to work correctly, but it is a pretty neat device. I love the Polaroid picture idea just am not fond of not knowing what the picture is really going to look like. At least this way you know how they will turn out.

    THIS IS LITERALLY THE BEST INVESTMENT ANYONE CAN GET! DON’T HESITATE, JUST BUY IT AND IT WON’T DISAPPOINT!! When using it, you can not use a privacy screen protector with it & be sure to follow all instructions with adjusting the brightness to get perfect photos.

    Sometimes lugging the Polaroid around isn’t practical. Being able to capture moments on my phone and make them an instant is incredible. Love this concept and product. Worth the money. Plus, I can finally use I-type instead of just 600!

    Worst customer service experience ever! I ordered my first product as a Christmas gift however Best Buy told me they lost the package and would be doing an investigation to update me on the next steps, over a week later I still had no update or present for my girlfriend. I had to call Best Buy 3 more times just to get another sent out which they tried to tell me they couldn’t do and only give me a refund. When I then asked if they could give me faster shipping to ensure the gift arrived on time and because the first one was lost and no help was given, Best Buy told me they could just for an email to come saying it was still standard shipping. Then when I did receive the package close to a month after ordering, the box was broken however it was so close to Christmas I didn’t have time to order another. Worst holiday and gift experience ever and worst customer support throughout the process of them losing my gift
