    I purchased these flash drives as a gift for my nephew and I was very disappointed when they arrived because they were not in retail packaging. Please see photo to see how they arrived. Nowhere on BestBuy’s website did it mention that this 5-pack of flash drives would arrive from the manufacturer without retail packaging. Unacceptable! My nephew will think they are returns or refurbished/remanufactured flash drives. I will be returning.

    I had to format it and it was only allowing me to use 28gb of the 32gb as it needed 4gb of free space to operate at full capacity. Once formatted it worked well. If you are familiar with changing the format on USB drives it will work fine.

    I use these 32GBs to download Windows and create a bootable USB, 10 or 11 for people that need to reinstall or recover Windows. You don’t need large capacity USBs for that and these work perfectly.
