    The cord is short and pretty stiff which can make it a little unwieldy if you want to use it angled. I got this to use with my Samsung phone in dex mode. It works for that just fine, but as mentioned if you want to angle it so the phone can sit on a stand it might be a pain to get it to sit right. I suspect it’s not a problem if it’s sitting on a table plugged into a laptop.

    Item didn’t connect with Mac book automatically. This product requires technical support that’s not exclamatory. My opinion it’s not a good buy unless the store connects it.

    It does everything you expect it to do, but because it has a PT instead of a picture of an apple in the middle, it does it way cheaper. That’s really all you can ask for.

    Fixed issue my daughter was having with her MacBook that other computers weren’t having so I am greatful for the help , unfortunately the Geek Squad idiots wouldn’t even look into this problem without me blowing a fuse asking for a manager and then it took about 15 minutes to resolve, with an Apple Technician that was on sight , so don’t give up if you have a problem

    It does work, until the computer decides it’s too heavy a load and shuts down all USB connections. If you’re only using it for one connection, it’s fine. But if you need it for more than one slot, you’re better off with a different option.

    I recommend the “Multi Port” I can now connect my main screen into my lab top and able to see ll my information, Im very happy with my my multi port. I recommend it if you are using a laptop for work, or even for online classes. It only cost me $49.99

    Amazing…we can not get any internet other than a hotspot. The hotspot cant be used for streaming tv due to data limits. This solved that problem. Could not be happier!

    Works great for what I needed. It is helpful to have so many uses available in just one device. I needed this to hook up a laptop to a tv for presentations. One still has to negotiate with the laptop and the tv once the connection is made.

    I have been a customer of Best Buy for a long time so I do like Best Buy. The Best Buy representative, in their chat, told me this would work on an Android phone so I bought it. It didn’t work on Android. They were incorrect. It is only for Apple. I was very disappointed because this was a gift.
