I upgrades the audio system in my 379 Peterbilt. This is my system setup. sound deaden cab with 1/4 foam layer as well. Sony GS80, These 4×6 speakers and two Pioneer 6.5s of the same tier as these. 14 gauge oxygen free copper audio wire. I ran the audio wires straight to the speakers. The provided audio wire with these speakers, was too small for my liking. System sounds absolutley AMAZING! Don’t let anyone talk you down for wanting 4×6 speakers. These speakers do a great job. When I am sitting in the driver seat. It is like I am sitting front row at a concert.
