    Great deal. But our one blade came significantly damaged which made it u usable. Phillips indicated that normally they wouldnt replace the one blade even if it came defective. I had to explain that this arrived damaged and that they would have needed to cover.

    Philips typically makes the best products, however this is not one of them. The battery life is excellent, it’s waterproof and the trimmer with the dial is a very nice design. These are the only major advantages of this product. The blades need to be changed often if you have thick hair. This becomes cost prohibiting very quickly. The plastic of the blade attachment is weak and does not hold in place in the connector. Also the metal has some clear coat on top that began to peel off after the first use. A few days later it looked even worse. The longevity of these materials are not great.

    Bought it for my husband for Christmas since he liked the older models. He said it was quieter and gave a closer shave. The base is a huge improvement since it takes up less counter space and is less likely to fall off. Sleek design and nice attachments.
