    My last one broke in no time. Upgraded to this product. Has been phenomenal. Gives you a great close shave and it’s easy to use.

    I bought this razor in March of 2022. I picked the most expensive razor thinking it was the best. After 15 months being used only 1-2 times/week by my aide for my husband the shaver not working well. Called Norelco to find out how get razor refurbished at my expense. THEY DO NO REPAIRS. YOU HAVE TO TRY TO FIXIT YOURSELF.

    We have a special needs young man and it has been extremely hard to shave him, THIS has been life saving!! It keeps him clean shaven without a lot of fuss and he does not complain of it pulling or giving him razor rash. So happy we did our research and found this for him.

    Best shaving experience I’ve ever had. Had many electric razors over the years.
    When I wear this unit out I will buy another one. (I have battery packs from older (12years) razors that are still going. All you have to do is replace the heads)
    Phillips gets it right.

    This is the best prestige razor yet. I love the new head design as it allows me to easily rinse out the gel foam when I am done. Nothing Else to buy no cleaning solutions to buy and it takes up little space on my counter unlike the huge cleaner on some other brands.

    Smooth and very quiet. Close shave. No irritation. Qi charging pad works well and is convenient. I have not used my Panasonic Arc 5 since I received this shaver. It is a better shaver in my opinion. More modern and ergonomic. No cleaning station needed. Shave closeness is comparable. Beats the Arc on comfort and ergonomics. And style. Worth the money. Highly recommended.

    I previously used a Braun Series 9. This shaver gives a closer shave and is quieter; so I can shave my head in the early morning while watching sports without turning the volume up too high.

    No one in the store knows anything any more to give you information to make a decision. I bought this model when my old Norelco battery died. Hate the charging plate. Don’t know why they discontinued a razor with an adjustable setting that you could just plug into a socket to charge.

    The blades in this razor really cut close. The head pivots really well and it’s so easy to get a close shave, even if you have stubble. The settings are helpful and the charging plate is pretty cool. Charging your phone for last minute juice while you’re getting ready is helpful. The shaver feels solid, not cheap and it should for the price….the only drawback for this razor.

    Have been a Norelco user for 30 years; this is the best model. No pulling out hairs even with a week-long “5-o’clock shadow.” Very expensive, but worth it. Also, no irritation, yet a very close shave.

    If you want spend the money on a new Philip Norelco razor this one is by far the best one to shave your face i had another Norelco razor with the cleaning system I realized its hard to keep my old model clean and the cleaning system doesn’t last long before you have to replace the cleaning cartridge and its a pain to order them and hard to find in the stores as I decided to go with the latest model which I found it shaves even closer and easier to clean from other models the design of the head rinsing the head the hair clippings doesnt ball up and clog up that makes you use a brush to clean the bottom of the head the new design running it through the faucet all the hair will remove. Only draw back is the charger stand is little bulky and wont fit in the travel pouch but does have great blade speed that has less pulling of the hair feeling to it

    This is the best shaver I have purchased for my husband for a long time. He has had other Norelco shavers, then upon reading online reviews I bought him another brand, which was a completely ineffective on his hard stubble growth, So I saw this shaver, bought it for a present, he loves it’s ease of use, particularly on irregular contours of his face and neck. It leaves him with a smooth, younger looking face – and soft to touch, not the 50 grit sandpaper from the former.

    Its a shaver. My 7000 series was going out. Wanted an upgrade. This was my best option for both face and head shaving. Sadly, its not great at either. Amazing options and works well, but for the price, its robbery. It takes FOREVER to trim down 2-3 day stubble, its doesn’t get any closer than my 7000 series from 6 years ago, the settings don’t feel any different from one another. Disappointing.

    Biggest disappointment is that the unit started malfunction within a year of purchase. The display didn’t work as new and sometimes the battery would go from 100% to dead in a very short period of time (5 mins). The shave quality was good, but not great, I prefer foil type shavers.

    I am totally surprised on how close of a shave i get using this electric shaver. Normally I stay away from electric shavers because they irritate my face. That is not the case with this shaver. I actually look forward to shaving. No more irritation or cuts.
