the number one thing that sticks out with this is the how far from the wall the tv extends – 27″ is twice as far as any of the other ones i looked at.
this means i can turn the tv to view in my kitchen and living room – and amazingly easy to install

I paid half the cost of my flat-screen TV for this mount, but it is absolutely perfect. I have a recessed area where I wanted to mount my TV, and a very awkward viewing angle. This mount brings the TV out where I can see it, and move it to an angle that will work for any seat in my living room.
I hired someone to install the mount, as it is EXTREMELY heavy. It comes with hardware to suit almost any mounting situation or TV. The cable management is elegant, and the adjustment is easy. As a bonus, if you run the cables just right so they are hidden in your wall, it looks like the TV is floating in the air–kind of a cool effect.
As expensive as this mount is, it was well worth the money to have such a great solution for my living room.

I knew I had to choose a mount that would hold my 52 inch flat screen but I was so worried about it “falling”. The room I placed it in is odd shaped so if it were centered on the wall, not the entire room would be able to view the TV. So I also knew that it had to have one heck of a turn radius. Reading some reviews of other products, I was seeing a lot of because their TV was so big, it would hit the wall and not turn anymore…defeating the purpose of the swivel. Well this one extends over 27″! I can turn my TV so the side is NEAR the wall…not even touching it. And it turns literally with a little pressure from your fingers! It also rotates sideways so that the bottom is now the side! There were a lot of parts included which people complained about. I’m sorry, I think that is a good thing because it ensured the correct connectors for my TV and every other TV out there. It was a little pricey but not only did I get it on sale, I also used my reward point so ended up paying the same as had I purchased a smaller less versatile mount. Overall…I LOVE IT!

I needed a wall mount for my 42″ HDTV so I went looking on-line at BestBuy. I needed to have the TV mount base placed within a 15″ wall space in my bedroom between the edge of a fireplace and a window frame. So, I needed a solid mount that was both full motion and would extend away from the wall at lease 15″. At first I was reluctant to spend this much money on a mount but now that I have it installed I am glad I did. This mount is made of steel and it will extend my TV out over 20″ from the wall. Also, it only needed 1 wall stud to affix it to the wall as opposed to the 2 that most other mounts need. This is a plus when you need to put the mount base into a tight space. Ithe mount is well hidden by the TV and works as advertized. I had the Geek Squad come in and install it and it took them about 90 minutes start to finish. My wife is happy so that meas I am as well 🙂 as this was primarily a TV for her. Great wall mount and an excellent installation by Geek Squad.

I couldn’t ask for anything better. Just moved into a new place with a TV cut-out above the fireplace. Sadly that cut-out is made for a 36″- TV set. With the sturdiness and multiple pivot points of this mount, I was able to mount my TV to one of the inside walls and mask the opening. Looks great holding an older 42″ LCD. The mount has some good weight to it, so unless you’re at least 6’2″ – 220lbs, don’t try and do it yourself without at least asking your girl to hold it for you.

I purchased this mount for the simple reason it was advertised as switching from landscape to portrait with ease. This is not the case. Apparently you have to remove screws in the back, rotate it, then put the screw back to go from landscape to portrait. I am using it in my bedroom where there in not enough wall space to always keep it in landscape. Bummer

I was looking for a fairly small wall arm to fit in a cabinet. It also had to be long enough to extend beyond the sides of the cabinet. My Magnolia rep recommended this one, and it looks like it is going to work fine in the space requirements.
