    After long wait and delivery for almost 2/3 weeks , this
    Iteam came with the box chewd up ripped apart and tapped it back with the holes on the bottoms .. the boxs look like it was found in a garage sale , i return this ,, im not going built something use and to end up with missing iteams.

    Very sturdy and moves well. Carful with the Silver looking 2 pins that pop into the holes as you move the TV up or down. One of them twisted sideways.

    Nov 17, 2023 we purchased a Paramount Swivel Stand and 55” Neptune partial Sun Outdoor TV we were told by salesman and ON OUR RECEIPT that we would get these items by 12/5/2023. And on 12/6/2023 the Geek Squad would come and hook everything up for us.

    On 12/5/2023 4pm we have not received our items, come to find out when we brought these items it generated a new Best Buy Member ID on we could not see our purchase. So I called Best Buy and the second transfer that person was able to merge our ID’s but came back and said we will not be able to see the merge for five days. I ask about our shipment and she could not help, she transferred to wrong person, then finally a person was able to show us how to sign on as a quest and track our shipment, he told us it was delayed. After talking with them other reps they could not tell us about signing on as a guest????

    Well when I looked it up under quest it had been here at a warehouse since Nov 30, 2023 and nobody told us that we was supposed to setup and appointment for our shipment to be delivered to US!! WOW it was told by salesman and on receipt GET IT BY 12/5/2023. SO I tried to setup and appointment with Pilot Freight Services who was by Maersk. The web site was not working because it was new?? SO we could not set up delivery. So we decided to go to Best Buy.

    We arrived Best Buy and was talking to a customer service rep and he was nothing but argumentative!! We told him about the shipment to us on the 5th and Geeks setup on 6th he stated no it comes to Best Buy and we bring it to you. WOW not even knowing his system. Then the Manager came over and said our shipment is not the only one delayed. Then the rep said our shipment shows him that it is delayed and not here at the warehouse yet and I had to show him how to get it up showing that it was in a warehouse since Nov 30, 2023.

    I told the rep we wanted it canceled that it has been at this warehouse and WE have to setup the appoint to get it to our house when we have a RECEIPT saying when it was to arrive by 12/5/2023. He said he could not cancel so he refunded us the Geek Squad funding items and said when we get it we will have to return it. I said NO you cancel it and he said he can’t. We left.

    I got home and I called Pilot Freight Service/Maersk and a wonderful individual said yes it had been there since Nov 30 and yes I can cancel the shipment and it will be sent back to Best Buy. She emailed us a letter stating just that. WOW the Best Buy Customer Rep could not do that???

    So we spent several thousands of dollars at Best Buy and we have to make arrangements to get the items/shipment to us??

    WOW if we were explained that, we would have to make arrangements, this could have been a different review?????

    ALSO, how many times do you have to be transferred to get an answer?? Also Cust Serv Reps/Managers need to be up on their policies on how things are run at Best Buy.
