This TV is outstanding! I was not sure which outdoor tv to get but this one is a must-buy! The picture is amazing! I was not sure how well the speakers would be for my application so I also purchased a sound bar. The sound bar will be nice to have but this TV has a really good speaker system. I am currently sitting about 50 feet away from the TV and I can hear it with no issues! Yes, I know this is not a smart TV but the fire stick fits inside he back panel and is powered by the internal USB! This TV is well worth the purchase!

Just got this TV installed in our new outdoor entertaining space. It picture quality looks great and it looks like it’s built to last. I was going to just buy a regular indoor TV given how cheap they are now compared to most outdoor TVs, but given the price of this one compared to the other outdoor TV brands, I couldn’t resist. Glad I made the purchase.

I’m reviewing the transaction here, simply because I ended up returning the TV unopened because it was too big for the intended space. The online purchasing experience and the delivery experience ( as well as the return ) were flawless. I can honestly say Best Buy has got that service element down pat. Easy on every end. I don’t know if the TV is good but I do know when the delivery truck driver came to pick it up, he said he’d never ever heard of this brand. :-).

This was my first outdoor TV. I had always used my older models when upgrading. I just installed today and picture quality is very nice. The cables and back speakers are all enclosed making it fully weather proof. Its a little heavy so make sure you have some help installing. So far I am very pleased!

Everyone was eager to see how good the TV would work. Everyone was impressed with both the picture and the sound that came out of the TV. Don’t think a sound bar will be necessary but time will tell.

This television felt and appeared to be built with quality and durability in mind. The picture is bright and was great to watch outside. I have the tv on the wall, under my patio, facing my pool. I was concerned the reflection from the pool would drown out the tv’s color, however, the tv is doing great with light reflections. I have no problem watching this tv with light reflecting from the background. HDR content was great to watch on this tv. As you can see with the photo provided that you can see major reflection on the sliding glass door depicting my screened in pool. And how the tv has No reflection.
Sound quality is actually good and I doesn’t believe I will need a sound bar for my patio.
The remote feels very durable in your hand and I believe this remote will last for an extended amount of time.
The only reason I did not give this five stars is because I personally would like the menu software to provide options to finely tune the picture and sound quality in greater detail.
Other than that I am happy with my purchase. The stand is perfect for my needs also.

I did a lot of research on the outdoor TVs. Even considered getting a regular TV with an enclosure. But because of the Neptune Series price point. I decided to go ahead and get this tv. I will have it under our enclosed porch which is protected from rain and the direct sun on a Moveable tv stand so that we can use it for multiple applications including tailgaiting.

So far so good. Just installed this outdoor tv. Picture quality is good. Control buttons are on left side of tv and easily accessible. I bought a full motion mounting bracket separately since the one it comes with is a fixed bracket. Nice it comes with one and nothing wrong with it, I just wanted to be able to adjust tv. This is a shade series so make sure you are not using it in direct sunlight.

I was excited when the TV was delivered to my house about 10 days ago. I finally took it out of the box yesterday and when I plugged it in, the screen was full of lines and not working properly! It had obviously been damaged before shipment. Since i have totaltech, it should be easy to replace. I was WRONG! Because it was delivered to my house from the manufacturer, I need to take down the 75 in outdoor TV and bring it to Best Buy or have them charge me another new TV and wait for a credit back in 2 to 4 weeks. It will also take another 2 weeks to have the TV delivered to my house from the manufacturer. Needless to say I am not happy, especially since it’s a brand new television that was delivered broken. I will update this once I get a new TV.

Although we read and like the reviews for this outdoor TV, it didn’t deliver as everyone had stated. We thought it was good outdoor TV for the price. However, we learned that although your outdoor area may be covered. It definitely makes a difference when selecting full, partial, or full sun. For our area, the shade series did not provide a clear picture. Everything was extremely dark and the pre-set controls didn’t allow for setting the picture brighter. Unfortunately, we returned the unit due to poor picture quality.
