Our old Panasonic phones had died after many years and this was a good replacement.

This Panasonic phone system (4 handsets) is just what we needed. The Call Block works great and it’s easy to operate. The screens are nice and bright. Big feature is the instruction manual! It answers any and all questions you might ask. Highly recommended!
Kat916 –
My old panasonic phs were great with an extremely long battery life. Two days or longer off charger. These don’t even last 24 hours. But other features are good
Moji –
I set it up in a matter of minutes, the buttons are easy to read and press. The sound is clear on speaker mode or on regular ear speaker. The battery last longer than I have been able to measure.
Savina –
Looks nice but…volume is very very low. Especially on speaker. The speaker is located in the back and when you hold the phone your palm covers the speaker and muffles all sound. Very bad idea. I returned this phone.
Babs65 –
We were tired of junk calls and decided to upgrade to a new phone. Now we can easily block unwanted calls. We’re so happy with our purchase!
gramps –
We now have phones in 5 different areas of our home with the addition of phones purchased from Best Buy.

We were replacing a similar set-up and selected this one. Easy to set up. The voice announcing the caller is not as clear as our previous one so you really have to listen. And, the ring is really different. Just takes getting use to. Okay over all.

We ordered this to replace an older Panasonic phone system which we had for over 10 years. This system added additional improvements including the ability to block unwanted callers by pressing 2 buttons. The phones seem to be high quality and we have no doubt that this system will give us a decade of good use.

Out with the old in with the new. Working great so far!!
Landliner –
These are replacements for 15+ years old landline phones. Yes, I’m a dinosaur and like the convenience of having a phone in multiple rooms, not having to make sure my cell is in my hand & fully charged. Have only had a short time but so far they are working quite well. I’m still learning some of the features; not sure I like the voice announcing the caller, just haven’t taken time to change that.

This is a great phone. Several phones in set, so I can put them around the house and down stairs. I get a lot of crap calls and I love the blocking option.
Robert –
Basic 4 handset phone system. Works well and has an intercom feature between handsets.

spouse is very hard of hearing, I was disappointed that the speaker phone was not as loud as our last phone system. Do like that it can be used as an intercom system. other than the speaker I like this phone system, print is large enough for spouse to read.

I replaced my eleven year old panasonic phone that was exactly like this, since it was starting to fail. So far I am happy with this phone. The only thing I missed was, I thought it had “connect to cell” but it does not. I should have bought the one that is one step up. Not sure if I will be able to buy another land-line phone in 11 years, but if so, I will make sure it has the “connect to cell” feature.

One handset screen total is blank with little or no help on how to replace it. Tried to buy new rechargeable batteries at local Best Buy, they do not carry any replacement batteries. Really??!!
SusieH –
This phone looks beautiful. BUT, the volume both on the Talk and Speakerphone is absolutely horrible. Would definitely not buy this phone again.
Katpad –
Phones work great. Service was great too. Had the service plan with old phones which broke. I received the new phones with not hassle
JKC0710 –
I love them! I’m still finding new things that it does. Panasonic is what I always stick with. The only thing that can improve on this phone is the battery life. My previous ones, I could go for 3 days or longer without charging them. These only last a day if you use the phone. Without using it, it lasts about 2 days
Kate51 –
This phone system works well for a home that needs the ease of answering from several places. The expansion capability works very well too. The directions can be a bit confusing. I had a prior version of this phone and some of the new functions are more difficult to use, some are easier.

Speak to low not able to adjust it higher to hear the speaker
