    We replaced a Panasonic unit with 3 extra phones which we had for approx 18 years. The system worked well until recently but we had trouble pin pointing the exact operation problem. Glad we have the newer system and will learn all the options this system offers.

    So far, this system seems to operate as expected with the exception that there is some noise from the speakers when used. Because these were a replacement to our prior system that was taken out due to lightning, I’m not sure if the noise/static is a result of an issue somewhere else in our electrical system or not but an old analog phone does not have the same noise.
    Otherwise, it seems like a good system.

    Phones are just fine…they’ll do…Have had a Panasonic phone system for 10 plus years and was expecting this newer version with 10 years of technological advancements to be as good or better…unfortunately, that’s not the case – range is less than before and sound quality isn’t as good – especially the good ol’ dial tone – sounds like it’s coming out of a tin can – after all the set up involved, just decided to live with it…

    The phones have all the bells and whistles, from call blocking to intercom. Too bad they have virtually useless range of outdoor signal. Further, because the phone repeats the signal from the base, it causes any electronic entry you make on an active call to stutter… in other words, if you’re asked to enter your phone number using the key pad, it will repeat numbers like it’s stuttering. This is not only annoying but impossible to conduct business by phone when you’re required to use the key pad to relay any information. It’s been costly to me in time, and financially as well. I would not purchase these phones again.

    This set replaces an older Panasonic expandable set. I use a Panasonic headset and this is one of the FEW phones that still has a jack on the side. Over the years they have changed the location of some of the feature buttons and widen the phone a little. The larger width makes the numbers bigger and easier to use. It has 5 handsets which is also a plus and all the features you would ever use on a landline phone. Best Buy also sells the Panasonic headset.
    I love this set so much that I’m tempted to buy another one as a spare just Incase they quit making it!

    These phones are amazing, easy set up, we live in a 2 story house and the connections to every phone is flawless, batteries lasted when we lost power with the home station on my battery back up to keep connected to phone line. The price was good for these amazing phones, I recommend them to my friends and family.

    Unclear how to set it up, forces people who call to press one to be connected. Ringer doesn’t ring very loud and also unclear how to adjust it….
