Also, we are connected with Consumer Cellular and they provided a devise that links into our wifi in the house. We are very pleased with our Panasonic phones. Best Buy and the Geek Squad is important to us.

    Love the phone, hate the short battery life! I have my older panasonic cordless phones still in use and even being old, they battery is still longer than these new ones! Outside of that, it’s a great phone.

    This phone system replaced an AT&T that made you wait for the “Line In Use” message to go away after you’ve hung up a call before it would let you call out again which could take up to 30 seconds and was very annoying. This new Panasonic works great! No issues, easy to set up, the sound comes in clear as a bell and I love it. It has proven to be a great choice.

    The unit was outdated when we bought it. Returned it as soon as we found out about it. They stopped supporting it 4 years before we bought it. At least we got our full price back when we returned it.

    Phone arrived yesterday. Phones arrived all loose in an opened box w/o any packing. Instructions were missing. The box had been taped, opened, and then retaped after the phones had been tossed back into the box. The phones had either been used or returned for some unknown reason. The phones were not new. Best Buy’s quality control should not be trusted. I was unable to obtain a refund without visiting a Best Buy store; because of my age I no longer drive. So I am stuck with a defective product with no hope of obtaining a refund. Beware.

    The MUTE button is easily bumped when on the phone an next thing I know – I muted my call. Poor design for that button location
