I gave this phone set 3 stars as it can’t keep correct time. It’s such a small issue, I didn’t bother to return the set–I really don’t use my home phone for checking the time, anyway. However, just because my opinion is that it is a “small” issue, that doesn’t negate the fact that there is a problem with their phones or the software that runs them. The user sets the time (meaning me), not the whatever phone service your use (AT&T, Comcast, etc.). If If you really need your phone to keep an accurate time, buy something else. This one loses at least 5 minutes a day, and someone would have to constantly reset the time on the phone if it is critical to their use of the phone system. At first, I thought maybe it was a power outage issue, but, that is not the issue. It’s been over a month now, and the phone is still losing time. All of the other features (at least those that I use) seem to work just fine, like my older Panasonic phone system did. Maybe it’s just a one-off and only my phone system has issues. But, I think it is important to warn others of any potential problems before they buy. Plus, a person may not really pay that much attention and they may discover that their phone has faulty “timing” after the return window closes, and that would not be good at all.

I like this phone set. It is not as heavy as the one I had, but still like it and the color. I usually get black, but this time I got White/Rose gold and love it. Works well. It was a little more than I wanted to pay, but I needed a phone so I bought it.

We have been using our new Panasonic phones for about a month now and they are much nicer than our old Panasonic phones. They are easier to use and they have more features than we will ever use like using them in conjunction with our cell phones, recording conversations, and answer by voice command. Our old Panasonic phones could only store 100 phone numbers but our new set says it can store 3,000 which is good since we don’t have caller id through our phone provider.

It’s only been 2 &half years and my Panasonic phone stop working. I barely used it cause it’s a house phone, I put a new battery in doesn’t work at all I restarted my router twice to make sure still not work!!

Typically Cell service at my home is 1 bar and the actual call experience is less than stellar. Dropped and garbled words make it annoying to impossible to carry on a conversation. This cordless phone solves the issue because it connects using Bluetooth and can pair with 2 different cell phones. Its great, no more awkward speakerphone calls or repititive conversations! I think the key is not needing to touch or move my cell phone around during the call. Its a bonus that it has the intercom feature I remember from old days. The intercom was super helpful when my teen had to isolate.
