    My original Panasonic was outdated so I searched BestBuy to find the same brand and budget-related. This new cordless is great. I really love the CALL BLOCK and TELE-BLOCK features. This Panasonic has everything I need and nothing I don’t. I wish it came with an extra phone so that I can answer from a different room aside from the kitchen. Thank you BestBuy and Panasonic.

    I have used Panasonic phones through the years, and after an extended period of having no home phone, decided to add this phone since my cell provider offered me a land line. This phone is the same good quality as they always have been, and as I remember from before, you have to read the directions carefully. I am now a senior citizen, and the directions assume perhaps an intuitive grasp on the part of the owner.

    Clear sound, easy to use, blends in with any decor. Only slightly annoying feature is the caller id announcement. Keeps announcing for several seconds even after the phone is answered. Although loud, it’s difficult to understand from another room. Haven’t been able to turn it off yet.

    I am furious. I bought it, installed it, and it didn’t work. The instructions read that some models need an ADDITIONAL ELEMENT, a DSL/ADSL. Why was I not told this when I ordered it? To add to the problem, it is impossible to get any human being to answer a phone at Panasonic. I have left three messages with various departments. NOT ONE CALL BACK. And I am left, an 86-year-old woman who needs a phone line, with no help.

    We live in an area with no cell service; having a good landline phone is critical. This Panasonic telephone is perfect!

    The phone is comfortable to hold. The ringer tone and volume are easy to adjust. The various menus and options are not complicated; you can quickly find the feature you are looking for (call blocking, talking caller ID, etc.).

    We bought the phone a little over a month ago. We are pleased, and recommend it to anyone looking for a good landline telephone. Thank you Panasonic, and thank you Best Buy!

    Not good for screening phone calls from telemarketers because the answering machine doesn’t let you hear the message over the speaker like vtech cordless phone does

    LOVE Panasonic! This is the only brand of landline phones we will ever buy. They are beautiful, easy to hold, volume on the handset, and the speakerphone is loud! Love that!! So efficient! BEST!

    Does everything but the dishes! Love spam blocking, the no-ring time bracket wonderful. I’m 81 so it took a little while to figure some things out, but included booklet easy to follow

    The Best Buy product description says it’s a Dect 6.0 phone and it actually isn’t. There is absolutely nothing in the instructions saying it is a Dect 6.0 and nothing on Panasonic’s website saying this model is a Dect 6.0. Dect 6.0 cordless phones are just much better because they operate on a different frequency and get much less interference. Also, the call block is a complete joke. I set the call block to block unknown/anonymous callers who don’t have their number displayed on the caller ID. Yet, these calls go through just fine and ring your phone. Say you blocked a person’s number, but all they have to do is block their number (*67) and it will ring your phone. I am returning this phone because of these issues and also because it had so much static. I am so disappointed as I mistakenly thought Panasonic actually made good products.

    Compact base and lightweight handset, clear display, large keys, takes and plays clear voice messages. Has a “block” features for unwanted calls. Base has standard ringtone, handset can have a different ringtone. So far a very nice cordless phone.

    Same model carrier displayed with a slightly better price. The one issue I have is the volume when talking on the phone. I’m NOT hard of hearing yet volume seems low when turned up the whole way. I put it on speaker phone and turn the volume down then it is ok. I’m wondering if ECO mode reduce volume or if there is a way to have it on speaker phone by default?

    Easy set up, easy steps to block spam callers with one push of a button. The ring tones are loud to hear from a great distance and caller ID says the name oit loud from the speaker with incoming calls.
