    I was unable to raise up the audio volume sufficient for our needs. In addition, the instructions for some of the features of the phone system were too complicated. I was unable to figure out how to program in the codes to be used.

    Good phones. We eliminated our landlines and used the the blue tooth connection to connect with my cellphone. Very easy to do.

    I did a bunch of research and narrowed it down to Panasonic (which I’ve had luck with in the past) and my phone needs. In a world where home phones have become obsolete I still like to have one and this one has the features I needed with an answering machine and Link2Cell built in. I’m still learning all the features but so far so good.

    Easy set-up. Kudos for being able to use cell phone contacts and voice announcements of callers. Easy to read display. Best feature is the ability to block calls.

    Earphone and speaker have great quality. I love the one touch BLOCK feature and that it holds so many blocked numbers. Options are too many too list, but quite valuable. Also allows blue tooth connection to multiple cell phones which is really cool.

    I returned this phone system to Best Buy today and received a refund because the product was defective. Too many issues with the system to list – don’t waste your money.

    It does the job,the volume is not as good.
    distance is great from the main outlet to about 30 ft.
    Id does not shows the name but the number of the caller,
    overall it is good phone.

    We bought this new phone because of the static on the line – turns out that we didn’t need to because the static was caused by some external connection that was rerouted to a new junction box or some sort of thing. This phone sound fine.

    Always prefer Panasonic cordless phones. Especially like this one due to the blue tooth link. Linked to my cell phone and transferred all my contacts to phone book in minutes. Works very well and sound is clear.
