They’re cool, they do what they’re supposed to do. They are kinda cheap though. The sound isn’t that great and the speaker is low. It’s a very basic phone. I’m getting a better quality set soon but this is ok for now.

My Panasonic phones work fine. However, imagine my utter surprise when I couldn’t program a voice message for voice mails. Then… Imagine my shock – then anger – when calling Panasonic Customer Service to find out my particular phone does NOT possess the ability to record an outgoing VM because it does NOT take messages!!! You can now imagine how angry I was, because the packaging is now recycled, so I can’t return their phone to Best Buy. How can Panasonic actually manufacture a phone WITHOUT VM…??? So, to you, Best Buy… Please do NOT sell this particular phone. Its packaging is misleading, and this lack of feature is very aggravating.

When lightening damaged our 2 Panasonic cordless phones we went to Best Buy. We bought the VTech brand. We had had that brand b4. After using it a couple of days we brought it back. The base was wobbly and adding info to the phone book made you feel like you were a contestant on Beat the Clock. Best Buy exchanged it ‘no questions asked’ for this Panasonic model. It works great!

Bought this one because i liked the one i had. It was able to get bluetooth and what not. This version was the cheaper version and was missing a lot. I understood it didn’t have bluetooth but it was missing the clip so that it could be hung on stuff. In my situation, i wanted it to hang on my pocket shirt. The buttons to use the phone are too small. I dont have giant hands, but have gloves, which makes it hard to use. Good if you want to relax at a pool to make casual phone calls, not meant for working settings.
