The representatives in the car audio and install departments did a great job getting what I needed for a seamless install.
Jcf60 –

Sandy –
the perfect part for my car stereo very pleased with the product
Curramba –
Works good. Only complaint is that, initially I was t old the existing one was compatible with the new radio, and on the second visit I had to buy this one.
SteveH –
Steering wheel controls work perfectly. Installation was performed as advertised.
electro –
Works as intended. Quick and responsive on a Pioneer head unit and 2007 Civic.

I’m glad I added this. It wouldn’t have felt right going backwards. However, it did cost $130.00 to keep an accessory that I already had.

This works perfectly! It only is working because of the excellent, knowledgeable and personable staff at Best Buy! I highly recommend the part, and I supremely recommend the staff!

We got this to allow our Jeep’s steering wheel controls to work with the stereo. It worked Great!
GuySensei8 –
Installed by bestbuy on 2012 Honda Civic LX and the steering wheel controls work without a problem.
RadioAccessory –
Good product works well with radio. Quality product, no problems.

I needed this for my Nav system. Best Buy recommended the correct product. Works like a charm!
J9system –
This is a great system and it is easy to operate. I would highly recommend it.
Mando –
Only the volume control works, the voice button, mode buttton, and tuner do nothing.
edelacruz4k –
I have a 2012 Toyota Sienna and this only works for volume and track back and forward. Doesn’t work for phone or voice.
Mando –
The App you download did not have the correct installation instructions for my car at least. Dip switches are good but had to go look up the correct wire color location diagram on the forums but easy install after that. Radio I used Pioneer DMH2660-NEX.

Pros:
=====
-> 5 stars for the device as well as the great technician, Brandon at Best Buy, Marlborough!
-> I actually got it suggested by Brandon for my 2016 Corolla S as with the initial one we tried (Maestro – Universal Analog Steering Wheel Interface – Black) only the Volume and Siri Buttons worked. I wanted the Track Change Arrow Buttons also to work as it’s really difficult to reach out to the touchscreen every time to change the music while driving.
-> With PAC SWI-CP2, all the Volume, Track Change (Up and Down Arrows), Mode, Call Answer/ Decline, and Siri buttons are working fine on my 2016 Corolla S.
-> Best Buy installed this for no additional cost as I had already paid for the Steering Wheel Control Instal service along with the Maestro SWI. They also returned the Maestro SWI and provided me with a refund for the device.
Cons:
======
-> A bit more expensive (USD 80) than Maestro SWI (USD 60).
-> The Right and Left Arrows however don’t work, but I guess that’s no big deal.
-> Also, in the factory audio, the Arrow Buttons could be used on the Call Screen as well to move up and down to select the contacts and to call with the button at the center of the arrows. But with my Planet Audio Wireless CarPlay and this SWC, the Arrows work only for music and cannot be used on the Call screen, not sure if it’s a limitation with the CarPlay or the SWC.

Another necessary part for radio install. Works as far as I know.

Had to buy this to install a new radio. Only problem is the Best Buy website doesn’t tell you ahead of time how much other “stuff” must be purchased to install a radio.
Kenwood –
I ordered it but I didn’t knew it so I turned it back the store
Seiryoku –
Worked great with the aftermarket car stereo installation I did on my 2007 Nissan 350Z!
JohnnyD –

Is the Perfect fit for the honda cru 2011 se
Blueschic –
I had to replace my stereo in my older car and definitely needed the controls to work in my steering wheel. I have control of my stereo & heat and air.
CadeG –
Used this to program steering controls on a 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour. If I remember right I couldnt use my computer to program it because it requires internet explorer which was discontinued, I tryed using Microsoft edge’s way of using internet explorer and it still wouldnt work right. I ended up using the program button on the actual product and had to memorize what setting corresponds to what led flash but after I got it set I never had to touch it again. It works good but the price could maybe drop 20$ or more

They used this for my sons car stereo install and it must work pretty good. No issues here!
Jeswanth –
PAC – Steering Wheel Control Interface did its job as expected.
RobertD –
For older vehicles with the desire to use NEWER aftermarket radios this interface module is essential. The instrctions are easy to follow, and highly detailed. I love how I can use my factory steering wheel controls to operate my aftermarket headunit in my 2005 Pontiac GTO.
KennethC –
Working great,Just took 6 months to get my radio working properly like there advertised it would work in my car
EvanZ –
Definitely needed this for my new radio in my car. It works well with no problems and it’s at a good price. Definitely glad I got this.
RichardG –
Works really well for now got almost all functions with all bells and notifications
Cadillac –
Easy to install even by a beginner after Best Buy installed with supposedly 23 years experience said it wouldn’t work on the car and a simple google search found that it would, what a joke! Does anyone know or do their job anymore?!!
BrianC –
Works great with zero problems installed at Best Buy
DavidT –
Works great with the 7″ Sony headunit and installation was swift
mazdaman –
It interface is needed for the steering wheel to operate on my Toyota Mini Van. Installed by the Geek squad auto
JayW –
The mogul doesn’t work on the volume steering controls like the factory control set up. To raise or lower the volume, I have to continuously tap the button, instead of holding the button down until I found the volume level I wanted. I feel I’ll be replacing the factory steering wheel volume control switch sooner than later.
Sean –
I needed this for my car insulation and it was not that much.
Tbone –
Great product and kept all my factory settings. If you buy another head unit or media system you this to get the job done.
Jose –

StevenC –
Easy to install, for some reason the steering controls work on and off. Probably a loose connection, I have one in my dodge and have no issues it is a great product!
StevenA –
Works with boss radio on 06’ Miata. Easy set-up, and simple install.

Purchased for my daughter’s 2015 Nissan. She loves it.
DaleM –
Installed with new radio head, bachup camera. Works great! I would recommend it.
ARRR –
Initially, the controls worked great, but after the warranty expired, the controls are not responsive.
It can also be the installer’s fault, who knows.
