    Only have used it like 4x’s, but really like it. Its solid without being too heavy. Food slides off nicely and is easy to clean, which is good because instructions state to not put pan in the dishwasher.

    This pan is perfect for omelettes and small batches of other food items. The non-stick surface is very good so the cooked items do not stick.
