    Pros:
    Good back support, adjustable seat height and arms

    Possible Cons:
    Seat is narrow, foam seat slightly uncomfortable in warmer weather. The bolts with blue markings can be difficult to screw in. The chair is pretty heavy due to adjustment mechanism.

    As with many of us, I have been working from home. Decided the old wood chair wouldn’t cut it anymore. This chair is very comfortable and it provides good back support for me. It’s adjustable in all the right ways. It was easy to put together, though I did have to readjust the arms after I tried to sit in it and realized I had made them too tight in the base. Otherwise, very satisfied with the chair.

    Assembling the chair was a pain. If you do not have the correct tools you will not be able to tighten the bolts enough. In addition, the directions that came with the chair were not at all clear and in very small type (in my opinion) and the picture was way to small to easily follow.

    Although it did not influence my review, Best Buy indicated it would take 20 days for the chair to arrive at their store — but it took half that long — and when I went online to check the status, it showed it had not shipped until the day it arrived at the store for me to pick up – growl.

    Great product. The chair feels sturdy and of good quality. Had one arm that was missing a piece and the company was gracious enough to ship me a new one. The chair will likely outlast the person sitting on top.

    This chair is a great value given that it is ergonomic and functions just like the computer chairs at my office. It is well built and appears durable. I won’t need to use it for 8 hours a day but still find it very comfortable when using my PC.

    The chair was pretty simple to put together. At first, I thought the mesh was itchy and that the seat was hard. I’ve only used it a couple times and haven’t fully broke it in yet, but it now feels extremely comfortable. More comfortable than the similar $600+ Chairs we at work. The mesh feels like memory foam to me and the seat feels even better. Very happy with this purchase.

    I bought this to replace a folding chair. It’s not the highest quality chair, but it gets the job done. The arm rests make a bit of chatter if you move at all. I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price I paid, but it works.

    Chair is very comfortable BUT the instructions on how to put together are non existent as well a lot of the screws didn’t fit well where they were supposed to go. I wasn’t able to fit one of the back screws even after taking them all out and redoing it twice in different orders. That was frustrating and disappointing because I do really like the chair.

    The product functions however I received a damaged and there were some missing parts that thankfully I had some screws that I could use to make the chair functional

    Given the Covid situation I am not in a position to return the chair and wait for another delayed delivery

    Bought this for my wife as she’s working from home now, She says there’s enough tension that she doesn’t have to lock it to stay upright and can comfortably lean back and forth without it jerking around. Solid high quality chair you can sit in for a full workday.

    Bought it for my 6 year old and he loves it. I tried it and feels comfortable but the Seat is kinda stiff for me and the little holes are a nightmare to clean when my son eat crackers on it. Easy to put together.
