    This was a “locked the barn after the horse was stolen,” due to a hacker getting to my computer. Along with a thorough scrubbing of my computer, the Geek Squad peronnel suggested I have Norton AntiVirus Plus added to my computer to avoid such invations. Kudus to their knowledge and perseverance.

    This AntiVirus take up way too much RAM and your laptop will operate at a very slow rate of speed. You’ll get frustrated and will eventually decide to “delete” Norton AntiVirus and will rely on DEFENDER for your computer protection.

    Great antivirus program…forces you to sign up for Autopay for future years. To get out of autopay, you have to navigate the system, and the renewal amount is WAY higher than the initial fee. McAvee does the same nasty, dishonest thing, so not unique to Norton, But it should be called out for this horrible, self-serving practice.

    Norton is a pretty good Antivirus to have on your computer. It constantly scans your browser to ensure no security threats. It can be a bit annoying when you get pop-ups to “scan your device “. Other than that Its decent.

    I have not found out any issues with this 1-device security software. Although it is quiet and makes little announcement of itself, I seem to be as secure as McAfee security software was for me for a much lower cost to me for the software. Although accessing some of its features would cost me some money, I am still considering the option but I will wait and see first as with inflation like it is today I cannot be affording to be frivolous with my money on security software options and I am trying to be minimal on everything I have to buy these day.

    i find them to be a bit intrusive in my daily activities. constantly sending me alerts or warnings about an unresolved issue they cannot take care of unless i upgrade NOW. enough people have told me to ignore those persistent interruptions because overall these people do a good job. court is still in session as they say so i say we shall see
