Console itself is great but geeksquads idea of refurbished is they reset to factory defualt and leave all the damaged components. The one I got as a gift has some small chips in the screen thankfully a screen protector mostly hides them.

I received a brand new Nintendo Switch OLED just as I ordered. It is working just fine. It helps me pass my free time. I read reviews that said that it does need a screen protector because it is a plastic screen so I bought one for it. I am glad I did, now I never have to worry about bumping the screen.
The only thing I don’t like is the size of the joy cons. It is almost like they geared this system to children. I am getting a set of after-market joy cons to better fit my adult hands.

Worked ok at first but then began having network connectivity problems after the first few week. Then continued having failed downloads for games and had a bunch of internal issues and when I made a complaint to Best Buy they told me to kick rocks and they couldn’t do anything about it.
