    I honestly didn’t know what to expect from this purchase, as it was my first switch and my first Pre Owned device. Fresh out of the box it felt like a new console. The joy cons and all other pieces of equipment were separately packaged and there were zero noticeable damages.

    Aside from the screen not looking cleaned up from prior usage, the device has worked well for our family. You definitely need to get another pair of JoyCons. Mario Kart 8 pairs very well if you have 3-6 year olds in the house. Mine absolutely love playing.

    Console in excellent condition not a mark on it, only thing was the adapter was very marked and and USB-C looked like it had been chewed on, but still worked (look at images). Arrived with no original packaging, which isn’t an issue for myself. Generally a good product, would buy again.

    The unit works fine, but no charger cable. Had to buy one and so total cost is now what a brand new one would have cost. A refurb that has no charging cable should state it and the price should be lower. Next time I’ll use Amazon (which had one for the same price).

    I assumed since this was certified refurbished it should have everything included in working condition. But the wristband band for both the joycons were missing.

    Item was essentially brand new. Was only missing the wrist straps but you can get those for like $3 or less. I like having this on the go to play while I travel. It’s definitely a casual gaming device so don’t expect a graphical powerhouse. Library of games is extensive so you’re bound to find something you like from vintage classics to AAA blockbusters.

    Worth the upgrade!!! I had a day 1 switch and this far surpasses my expectations. Everything from the enhanced screen and kick stand to the inclusion of a much needed Ethernet port
