I loved that even tho it was refurbished it still came with everything! Even the original box! I honestly wouldn’t spend the extra money on getting a brand new. I would just get it refurbished.

When I picked up the package from the store- it was dented and dirty. It looked like the package had been thrown around or put under a bunch of heavy boxes. This is pretty concerning but the system inside wasn’t damaged surprisingly. There was an item missing- instead of two separate joy con sleeves we got two of the same. Overall the product still works so it’s fine.

Despite the low storage capacity, this device allows for the installation of a sd card for more memory and more game play of your favorites games.

I recently picked up the Nintendo Switch OLED Console in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Edition from Best Buy, and I have to say, it’s been a surprisingly great experience. Despite my usual skepticism with refurbished items, this Geek Squad Certified Switch has really impressed me.
The console arrived in great shape, and the Geek Squad certification gave me peace of mind about its performance. The OLED display is fantastic, and the special edition Zelda design in green looks sharp. It’s clear that Best Buy and Geek Squad put effort into making these refurbished units top-notch.
In terms of performance, the Switch is working smoothly. No issues or glitches—I’m getting the gaming experience I was hoping for. The Joy-Con controllers are responsive, and overall, it feels like a new device.
The value here is hard to beat. I got a high-quality gaming console with a cool design, all at a much lower cost. This purchase has definitely changed my perspective on refurbished electronics. Best Buy and Geek Squad earned some points with me. If you’re considering a refurbished item, I’d say give it a shot. I’m giving it five stars without any complaints!

Refurbished OLED Switch came & I was a little worried about it (was a Xmas gift) working properly. After charging it up I put it through the paces & everything worked great. Wasn’t a scratch to be seen, device was in excellent condition. Controllers both worked proper & no stick drift issues. Box had some rough corners, but that was it.
Glad I got the refurb & saved a few bucks! Plus kiddo is ecstatic, thanks Best Buy!

Was a little concerned about buying a refurbished switch, but it works fantastic! No issues, no scratches or loss of texture/color on the console or joycons. You would never know this switch was refurbished. All pieces that would normally be in a brand new box were there. Very very happy with this purchase.

This is a refurbished product, and is a solid deal. Works great and is a good option for a reduced cost Switch. I only have 2 complaints. You can’t buy an added warranty for it, since it’s refurbished. The advertising is a bit misleading. We did not read carefully enough and it came with the Tears of the Kingdom game. Nope! No game with it. Just a fancy emblem that’s nice but not worth extra $$. Might not have bought it if we’d realized that – since we factored the game value into our decision to buy this one.

I use this and a steam deck (not OLED) im jealous that the switch OLED runs games at a higher resolution than my steam deck, but overall its great to play mario kart on a brighter screen especially at night.
