I’m an extremely disappointed with this purchase. We have had our switch for 9 months, we both it as “geek squad certified refurbished” and it stopped working. Best Buy won’t do anything about it and says it has no warranty through them even though they guarantee it and Nintendo wants 150 dollars to fix it… literally half of what it cost us… now it’s useless to us after 9 months…. do not trust Best Buy’s refurbished products.

It is like new but a bit of money saved. I got little pads for the sticks, and that made it a bit smoother for me, but other than that, I have no complaints with the device. Other than I which it had more data, but that is a Nintendo thing, not best buy
