    I absolutely love this console. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the controller drift issue. You can read more about that online and hopefully Nintendo cleans up that problem with the Switch Pro (or whatever the new version of the Switch is going to be called).

    Great console for the entire family. Super fun games that I can play with the whole family (MarioKart) or great single player games (Zelda). Easy to use interface and the ability to take it with me when I travel is pretty much the best thing ever.

    I had previously had a Switch Lite, but got sick of not being able to play it on a bigger screen, or play games with other people. I bought this one, as I love Animal Crossing. I use it whenever I have free time and love playing both single and multiplayer games with it. I absolutely recommend it

    Wish I could select NO STARS. Bought refurbished and one controller didnt work on Christmas morning when it was opened, so there was nowhere to run out and buy another, so Santa brought the boy a damaged toy. Not a good look Geek Squad.

    It’s totally worth having it’s just like the other ones the red and black one I would totally get it if I were you guys it’s cute it’s no different than the others I’m happy with it

    Bought this for my daughter. Great handheld game for in the car on trips. She loves animal crossing but mostly wanted this particular switch due to the colors of it. We love pkaying mario cart against each other.

    I waited a week for this to get to the store for pickup, since “delivery not possible.” I had plans this weekend to play with friends. Not only did this “certified” item arrive with both controllers showing scratches and wear, but one controller is completely DOA. BB/Geek Squad completely missed that the system won’t boot fully due to a faulty controller. Without buying another, the whole system is completely unusable. This is a massive disappointment. I don’t know what BB/Geek Squad are doing on the job, but I know what they’re not doing. Returning for refund. I won’t purchase anything they “certify” or “refurbish” again.

    Kept freezing on start up as well as doing things in game and pretty much at any random time or after 1 hr of gameplay, it was a nice demo. I decided to spend the $30 extra for a New out of the box one and its totally worth it.

    Kind of disappointed. I would have bought a new one if i had known many items were missing. In the explanation of its condition it says all items are included but when we received it this was not the case.

    This was in like new condition when I received it. The only complaint is that the right controller doesn’t hold a charge for very long. This is not a big issue for me since I purchased regular wireless joystick controllers. Great value for the price.

    Console itself is amazing and as advertised. However I will address some cons I’ve personally noticed so other people can look into it and see if this is the right purchase for them. Firstly, storage is a bit low. I can have 2 games unarchived at a time. I currently have 5 games and have to switch between which games are currently downloaded or not. Another thing I noticed is the thumb stick is a little bit stiff and doesn’t have as smooth movement as that of an xbox controller. Playing games where quick movement is needed isn’t ideal on this switch. I’m not sure if this is an issue because it’s refurbished or if it’s just how switches are made. Overall though, it’s a really good product and purchase.

    One of the switch joy cons was broken on arival had to buy 2 new joy cons whivh was 80 dollars on top of what i paid for tge switch, was not happy with this purchase at all.
