Good value as a refurbished product. But I had ordered two (different colors). After the delivery day, BestBuy told me they didn’t have the other one in stock. Lot of wasted time and miscommunication. I ducked a star for that. Product is great. Service is bad.

This pictures show that this product comes in the box…this does not come in a box, it was just the switch itself. Now I’m worried that it may have been damaged or isn’t even the real thing. I know this is through Best Buy but these happen, and more frequently now than ever. I’m upset because I bought this as a gift for my niece. How am I supposed to give this to her?!

This was the perfect birthday gift for my daugther who turned 12. When I received it (it was ordered through BestBuy.com and shipped to my door), I had to take a double look, because this electronic looked new to me! Daugther didn’t know the difference; she loves it.
This Switch lite runs perfectly, looks pretty, and we had bought accessories for it, along with a 128 GB memory card. Wish I knew about these Geek Squad refurb items sooner! It’s like the best kept secret. I’ll definitely be looking for more. Thank you Best Buy.
