    Had an old G, Foreman for years and never used it because it never got that hot. This one beats them all. I set it out on my balcony on a new cart and use it twice a week or more. It gets so hot that it sears the meat on the outside while cooking steaks nice and juicy inside. I live in a condo and am not allowed to have a grill on the balcony. This Ninja just outsmarted the HOA and they can’t say a thing. I just love it because I’m a meat and potatoes man.

    I love using my grill to cook hamburgers and steaks and pork chops and then I also love using my griddle to make pancakes and French toast and eggs and different types of egg omelette sand hashbrowns and fried potatoes too and they cook very very very great on this grill and griddle.

    Bought this not expecting much, just needing to replace the old one I’ve had for less than a year. I now find myself using it everyday. No hot spots like my old unit and seems to heat evenly. The removable non stick griddle is super easy to clean also. Definitely worth the money.

    I love the Ninja, however when the temperature is too high, it cracks and pops. It also can char or burn your food. I found out the heating the grill to 200 to start works better.

    This has been such a great tool in the kitchen. Easy to use, easy to clean. I have never owned a griddle before, so maybe this is normal but this thing cooks everything so perfectly through. I have made the best pancakes, French toast, and eggs I have ever made. Cooked two ribeye steaks, and the were amazing. Burgers cooked perfect. We love our Ninja prom ducts so we are a little biased, but they really know how to engineer a product. The grease during burgers is heavy as some people say, but it’s no different than on a stove. With this the cover manages the grease, not greaseless. If you expect greaseless than just evaluate expectations. Hope you enjoy!

    The customer service in this item has been horrendous along with the air fryer now the bigger one the ten quart is 169 whenni paid 199. For my 8 quart. Horrible experience with best buy on these items.
