    Bought it in October, dead in January. Called Ninja for warranty service. They said they’re shipping a replacement part, but since I live in Hawaii, they’ll have to charge me $104.00 for international surcharge. International? Hawaii is a US state! No more ninja products for me.

    So far, so good. I caught this one on sale and purchased it to replace a Keurig that had failed. So far so good, in general coffee flavor is equal to or better than K-Supreme Plus from Keurig. Only downside is the loud high pitched beep that it tosses out there when it starts and finishes making coffee. My dogs are not real happy with that little feature and I have no idea what purpose it serves. As far as I can tell, that beep can not be turned off without taking the machine apart.

    I absolutely LOVE this coffee maker. My prior k-cup did not get the water hot enough to make rich coffee. Well this little beauty produces piping hot rich brew. The description and specifications are accurate and I really like the large water reservoir and the onboard storage for the accessories. Way to go Ninja!

    This is a great coffee maker. If you’re a one to two cup coffee drinker like me it’s great. You can use grounds or pods. Built in storage for the attachment you don’t use. It’s great. Plenty of brewing options and of course the built in milk frother. Like I can’t stop saying how great this is.

    Replacement for my Keurig coffee maker. Only owned a Keurig for many years. Ninja coffee maker is a five star for me. I love everything about this coffee maker. I like specialty ground coffee and the added basket is great for that.

    LOVE this thing so much. Easy to use. Takes up very little space. Can use k-cups or your ground coffee. It has a lil frother on the side. Can do classic or rich- my fave, or iced!!! Super great purchase. I bought it while it was on a great deal but I’d buy at regular price again, totally worth it!!

    Got it on sale for $80 and it was a great deal. This coffee maker is smaller but great, and better than every Keurig I’ve used. Not sure it’s worth $130 but $80 is a solid price.

    Great coffee maker. The options are endless. Grounds or pods- it doesnt matter. The milk frother is amazing. A lot of grounds dont find their way into my cup like other machines.

    After 2nd brew it started giving ashy/burned taste. Did cleanup couple times that flavor never went away. Can’t even return it at this point. I guess I’m stuck with it now.

    I’ve had 7 different keurig coffee makers and was prepared to buy another until i decided to give this a try and am so glad i did! The machine is quieter and the coffee is much better. I would recommend this machine and have been impressed by this inexpensive but excellent performing Ninja
