    This is the 2nd one I purchased. 1 from best buy and previously from Sams Club. After following the cleaning instructions, still reads clogged. This is using K-Kups recommended for the coffee maker. 5-pods a day cleaning monthly.
    After 1yr sam’s club refunded my purchase. The Best Buy purchase, same happened this morning, what a bummer! 5-Star rating if you plan on buying a new one every few months or less. Bests Buy say’s.. I missed return date….No longer returnable. Double bummer!!

    We own this model and the previous version and have been extremely happy with both. I really appreciate the new function of incremental sizes to better adjust for the amount you wish to brew. I also appreciate that the brew temperature is quite hot verses mediocre, and the warming plate maintains the temperature well.

    I Love this item. It is really conviniet I set it UP on delay so when I wake UP in the morning my Coffee is ready for me. Future that I like on this item are delay future and the stop dripping.

    The old takes 10 mins to warm up, another 5 to get a hot cup machine isnt missed after buting this coffee maker. It can make a full pot of coffee quicker than those cheap steam water drip coffee makers and lets you actually taste the coffee. Love the filter system, replacements are easily found. Its great with K-cups too, take almost no time compared to what im used to. Its also quiet and easy change settings

    Just purchased this to replace my broken keurig coffee maker. It was easy to set up. It is a bit taller to sit on my coffee stand that holds my k-cups and still fit under my cabinet but it works.

    Love, love , love , loveeeee.. i had a different version that also made tea. I recently changed to this machine . Much better features, like the open close drip . If you press start on coffee and its closed it will not start it will alert unlike other models whwrw the coffee will still brew but spew all over the place . The smart warmer great added feauturw as well

    Good coffee maker , great price..only knock is the “iced coffee “ maker, it’s a bit misleading, it doesn’t make iced coffee, just coffee at a little bit of a cooler temperature that doesn’t dilute the coffee as fast

    The Ninja Dual Brewer works well for both Keurig cups and making a pot of coffee. It is the best of both worlds. The coffee pot works better for a group of people.

    WOW ! Back to great coffee again ! Our old Keurig was good, but the new Ninja is better! detachable reservoir is easy to fill and easy to see how much water is available. So easy to make a cup or a pot ! Can use K-cups or fill our own cup of favorite brands of coffee !

    I bought a new unit, brought it home, and right out of the box it had an error message that would not go away. I called Ninja support, and after confirming that the unit was not a working unit, they got my name and address and sent me a complete new unit. I had to wait a few days, but the new unit works great and I am enjoying the new mode. I had an older model for at least 6 years that I enjoyed previously. This is handy because it also uses K-cups if I wish to do so. I am happy with this purchase.

    Worked great for 3 weeks. Then it said to run the clean cycle. Followed the instructions & it wouldn’t even run the cycle. And to top it off I bought the 2 year warranty for$30.00 & Best Buy will replace it but I need to pay for another 2 year warranty for another $30.00!!

    The box was damaged and I had bad experience with the delivery. Fedex delivered it to a different address. However, the experience i had with Bestbuy customer service was amazing. The coffee maker works great. so far.

    After dealing with our Keurig for so long, we decided to switch to this Ninja and we are completely satisfied! The ease of use and thoughtfulness in the design makes this easier and more versatile to use. The water tank has a handle for easy refilling, the volume selection provides way more options depending on how much coffee we want to brew and so far, it has brewed a perfect cup every time. This is a must have for anyone who cares about coffee.

    I get pretty confused with how to run the average coffee maker but this is easy enough for me to figure out. Well thought out. It has all the features I wanted to use and they are easy enough I actually use them.

    When my wife’s work schedule and mine were offset by several hours it made sense to only use a single-serve maker. If she made a pot of coffee when she left for work, it would be cold, or over-heated, by the time I got up.
    Now that she is semi-retired and I am on a more normal schedule, it makes more sense to make a pot.
    This coffee maker is excellent, makes a full pot when we need it, and converts to a Keurig-compatible make when we want a cup of tea or hot chocolate. (Or forget to grind enough beans for a full pot…)
