  1. ival50

Great addition to my Nikon mirrorless camera. Essentially doubles the focal length of my 70-200mm telephoto lens up to 400mm for great wildlife close-ups. Focus is very sharp.

  2. BrentA

Super sharp and perfect upgrade to my 70-200 z lens. BestBuy is the only place I have seen these in stock and is becoming my goto for camera equipment. When buying from Amazon you have no idea who is actually selling the item or where it’s coming from. I trust Bestbuy.

  3. Jack

Excellent teleconverter if you could get one. Only compatible with 70-200mm F2.8s.

  4. Spidy

Great product !! No real loss of image quality.

  5. Free88

Losses two stop of aperture. Still waiting on the Z 100-400 to become available. I believe the Z 70-200 f2.8 is the only released lens that can use this. As I have not been able to use it, I cannot comment on the quality. But it was on sale and I jumped on it, cause these things basically never go on sale.

  6. djb663

The Nikon mirrorless line really has gotten things right. There is no noticeable quality loss when using this adapter. Love it.

  7. Shob

Excellent product. Love the shots. Using this with a Z6.

  8. mPalo

Feels sturdy, well built. I have never been a 2.0xTC fan but picked this up due to peoples love for this new Z architecture. Can’t wait to get this on the 100-400 S and see if peoples reactions for this TC are warranted. (I’ll update this review later if the the TC doesn’t perform as expected)

  9. DeWComp

This is an amazing teleconverter for use with my Nikon Z 70-200 2.8!!!
Image quality is better than expected, almost as good as a non-converter added lense!

  10. Zoom

Works seamlessly with the 70-200 with no loss in quantity.

  11. imitating

Absolutely love the teleconverter. The drop in speed is worth the extra reach. We actually like it so much, we bought a second one so we didn’t have to switch it out while we were both out on the water shooting.

  12. PatrickInFla

Fantastic extension of great glass. And so small and compact.

  13. DebW

I am very pleased with the 2x teleconverter for my Nikon Z7! I have only had it a couple of days, but it has produced excellent results so far!

  14. GaryFoto

I use this on my Nikkor 70-200 f/2.8 amd notice zero image degradation. Crazy sharp with decent light because it does add 2 stops of light to the f/2.8 making it f/5.6z

  15. JosephC

Taking a lens to 800-1000 mm is a great thing for $500! Beats paying $ 15,000 for a lens!

  16. SandiS

Used this with my nikon z 70-200mm 2.8. Snapped a few hummingbird photos at 400mm. Cant wait to play with it more.

  17. Israel

This teleconverter works great for my Nikon 70-180mm f2.8 lens. Since it’s a x2 teleconverter, it turns my lens to a 140-360mm. Be advised that the largest aperture for this lens is F5.6 when using the teleconverter. It may not be best used in low light. Also, before considering this teleconverter, make sure the lens or lenses you have are compatible to attach to it. There’s a small handful of lenses that can be used with this teleconverter. The list of compatible lenses can be found at the Nikon USA website.

Purchased this for a Nikon z50 to add extra range to a Nikkor Z 70-200mm f/2.8 S. This will not work with Nikon mirrorless DX lens it only fits s line. It is really impressive clarity and zoom. Will be using this for high school outdoor sports photography.
