Just when it couldnt get better than my old 14-24 Nikon went and did this. Leaps ahead of the best 14-24 Nikon use o make. Corner to corner sharpness. Use real filter snow and not 150mm slide in filters.

This lens is just what I needed to finish up the full range of z lenses. You won’t be disappointed with the shots you get. The quality allows for pretty big prints but that’s a lot camera too.
If you bought the z 7 you have to get this too.

Epic landscape lens. This is an amazing new Z-mount lens. Takes amazing pictures using my Z6II. The real nice new feature is that it can actually use screw in filters. No more filter brackets!

I also own the nikkor 14-24 f2.8g. As expected, the Z mount lens is sharper and lighter (~1kg vs. ~650g) than its dslr counterpart. It’s the main reason why I got into the Z mount system. Feels satisfyingly balanced on the z9. Personally, I highly recommend the z 14-24 f2.8s. *I’m amateur, so I can’t say much about whether it’s worth the investment
