Karen –
I’ve only. had this wine fridge for a couple of weeks and so far so good. It’s tall and narrow so fit nicely tucked away in my hallway closet/now makeshift wine cellar. No complaints so far and it maintains my wine at the appropriate temperature. Not a fan of the dual temperature control as it’s confusing to set up, but I rarely use that feature given I mostly drink red.

Delivery went smoothly and no issues with install. Have been using fridge now for couple months, dual zone works well. It does hold about 75 standard bottle and is very quiet. Overall I recommend this wine fridge

76 capacity and it held 76 on day 1, fatter bottles like champaign and some whites could be a little tricky to put but overall, my fridge took 76 and the temperature settings were SUPER simple to do.

Very happy with this purchase. So much like the metal racks vs. the ones with wood. Temps seem to be accurate, holds plenty of bottles and room in the bottom for oversized ones. It is quiet, good value and quality for a made in USA product. Only knocks would be the adjustable feet, they should be adjustable on all 4 corners and better quality would help. I ended up shimming to level.

We like the size and it runs very quietly.
The 1st frig that arrived did not work, now the 2nd one the temperature readings that are to be set independently from each other are not working correctly so the whole refrigerator is set at 60 degrees. If correct we would have the white wine at 45/50 and the top red wine at 60/65 degrees. For that reason I am not sure we’ll keep it, Also only 1/4 of self space on top is for red wine, 3/4 of the shelves are for white wine. This is usually the other way around or at least 50/50. The bottom part of the frig will always be cooler than the red wine you’re keeping on the top.

Has worked perfectly so far, nothing to complain about. Easy controls and plenty of space.

No issue with cooler. I only store red wine so dual temp is set at same temperature. A bit noisy but hold temp good. This is the bigger one, my smaller cooler has been 3+ year without issue.

Great value for money. It is a lot quieter than the smaller fridges I’ve had before. It’s certainly a budget option as you can see from the wire shelves and the plastic interior but it keeps the temperature relatively stable and does not look too bad.

This NewAir wine fridge is just barely ok. It keeps temperature well enough, but is noisy doing so, with an irritating compressor whine audible from several feet away. The shelves are cheap wire and “pull out” only a few inches, just barely enough to see the front bottles, with the only way to see the rear bottles being to pull them out of the rack. The front temperature lights are very bright and will illuminate a dark room. So, looks fairly good and works ok, with bad shelves, a noisy compressor and overly bright front lights.
What was shocking was the totally unacceptable “drop off” delivery experience. After “tracking” info showed a delivery several days away, I get a random unidentified cell phone call which I uncharacteristically answered. Turns out two guys in a truck are surprisingly outside our garage in the alley with the large box containing the cooler. I told them this was a complete and total surprise and asked what they’d have done had I not answered the phone or had not been home to accept the no warning, out of the blue “delivery.” They said they’d have left it by the garage door and left. What?! I could have been out of town with the delivery supposedly still days away-the trash company could have taken it as bulk trash or it could have been stolen. So, I got a cheap, serviceable wine cooler with the worst buying and delivery experience I’ve ever had for any appliance, from Best Buy or anyone else. I would recommend you not buy this average product with its horrible “drop off” delivery. Not ok.

I love this multi bottle, multi temp zone cooler. Best value I’ve seen.

Quiet, seems fairly efficient. Holds temperature as it should.

Worked well… for 17 Months. Now it’s dead. I contacted NewAir and described the problem. I was informed that it was likely the control board, but unfortunately they won’t sell the part. They recommended that I purchase a new unit. I feel sad that this will now end in a landfill because the company is not willing to offer replacement parts.

Fantastic wine fridge. Holds a lot, works well. wish all shelves pulled out more easily though.
