Perfect for the look I wanted in my kitchen. Works great

Bought the newair wine fridge for my wife. Shipped pretty quick. Unpacked and let it set for a day as recommended. Plugged unit in and it is loud. I didn’t do enough research. Compressor is loud when it runs which is quite often for such a small fridge. Keeps temp and is adjustable easy enough. My BIG complaint is the noise. I wouldn’t buy again for that reason. If it was as quiet as it is small it would be great.

Perfect for small places, I put it on my counter to cover a small space

One major flaw- It is sold as “Built-in” and they cleverly show a front facing photo of it between cabinets. However, the unit has no toe kick recess! The door and vent run straight down to the floor. For the door to be flush with cabinet doors the entire base sticks out in the toe kick area and looks terrible. Such a poor design- Why wouldn’t your design team have notched the front at the base to accommodate standard toe kick space?

The fan is really loud for this wine fridge. Even with it closed up under the counter you can hear the fan.

Power button broke a few months in. Won’t turn off. Cooler is very noisy when on.

Returned unit. It is very loud while running. Would not recommend.

Works as desired, no issues had our cabinets replaced and we installed this, you can hear it run if the house is completely quiet, which isn’t very often. Works great wife loves it, wish the light inside was brighter so would shine through whole wine frig.

My current opinion is 3 stars, although, we have not even been able to plug it is as we are still cleaning glue off from the name plate. We needed the door reversed and were following instructions on reversing the door when we realized the door must be flipped upside down. When doing that it puts the “Newair” name plate upside down and on top of the cooler door. Nothing is mentioned about this in the instructions. So we called Newair CS and were told to heat the name plate with a hairdryer and pull it off which was easier said then done, The name plate was untouchably hot in order to soften the glue to remove it since we couldn’t pry it off in fear of scratching the surface. We worked on the for 15 minutes. The plate came off but left black rubberish glue. Customer service told us to use alcohol to remove that which took us another 20 minutes. They are supposed to be sending us a new name plate to attach to the bottom. We need to wait the 24 hours before pugging in so here’s hoping it all works well. The unit is tricky to level since its so narrow and wobbly but we will be putting it into a custom cabinet and hopefully that will secure it. Also, a warning for those not placing it in a cabinet… the majority of the entire left side of the cabinet has stickers and warning labels and would be very unattractive if seen. They may be removeable but I have not tried.

I bought this to add functionality to a narrow bit of filler cabinetry between my range and refridgerator. So far its working great. The compressor does make a unique and noticeable buzz/hum when running, so take that into consoderation. But overall its built well. Note: I removed the logo for a cleaner look, and it was definitely a chore but it is possible to do.
