    I am a texh savy person and the directions are vague and this device s difficult to set up. I had it for about a week and a half. I was lookng to see if this is eligible to return when i came across this review.

    We had a few applications set up with the wif (w/o the extender). Once we added the extender, many of the applications don’t work. We had to unplug extender in order to access the applications.

    The Extender was fairly easy to configure to my network with a cable modem and improved my speed and signal however i had trouble configuring it on a different network the instructions i thought could have been more descriptive good product over all.

    Solved our issue of poor wifi on our second floor! Before, streaming movies was nearly impossible. Now, it works perfectly! Very easy to setup with the phone app.

    Took a bit to setup because it wouldn’t connect or we couldn’t find the Wi-Fi.
    Eventually, after trying numerous times… it connected and now works fine

    Never could get it to work. Called the help line and he ended up trying to sell me a security app subscription. No way! I returned the hardware.

    I had a little difficulty setting up this extender. Just plugging it in and it connected right away but would then drop internet until I unplugged and reset it. I have a Nighthawk XR1000 router which doesn’t work well with the Netgear or Nighthawk apps which caused my initial trouble. I finally realized you have to log into the extender setup page and finalize the setup there. After that everything works smoothly!

    If you want to extend a network, this is a great simple product that is easy to set up. This has a strong signal that penetrates through cement walls fairly decent.

    This device did exactly what I needed. It boosted my signal, kept the same wifi information so I didn’t have to sign into a random wifi-name it all falls under the same as your original router. My previous one would fail and restart all the time interrupting work and streaming. This one hasnt had a single issue since we bought it. IT was a lil steep price wise but absolutely worth it.

    A good value Wi-Fi extender. It is a shame that we need such devices. But that is a distance limitation of the Wi-Fi network itself. This device has extended out our Wi-Fi reach in the home and in the yard fairly well and has address our needs well. The device is easy to setup/install

    After some initial issues with connecting two AX1800 WiFi 6 Mesh Extenders (EAX15), I was able to research a work around. Once I took one extender, that was already set up, offline I was able to set up the set up the second extender. Both extenders are now working very well with my AX1800 WI-FI Mesh Extender (EAX20.)

    not sure it’s me or the product it takes long time on DYI and yet still not sucessful…had to called in and get help from the tech support and they set it up differently than what the instruction given on the menu…at the end it’s up and running but the signal not as strong as I hope for.
