    Great when it works. The issue is it leaks all over the counter. The insulated carafe is great and keeps the coffee hot but the leaks are a deal killer.

    This is the WORST coffee maker I have ever bought. It leaks all over(from underneath the pot.)It is no longer returnable and i do not know who to contact for replacement.

    Not a good product works when it wants too leaks water just not good I return one with the 30 day and got it swap out now the other is doing the same thing but out of the warranty now stuck with a non working item

    Worked well for about a month but it started leaking a few days after we were able to return it. Trying to work with manufacturer to use the warranty but its been a headache. So far no response.

    I had a cheaper coffee maker before and my wife and I decided to get a new one. This machine doesn’t work properly, leaks water on the counter all time. The coffee doesn’t stay warm for more than 5 min because it doesn’t have a warm base to keep it.

    Perfect shape and size. Unfortunately leaked from reservoir gasket before even making 1 pot of coffee. Seems to be a serious problem with this model. If it could be fixed, I have no doubt it’d be outstanding!

    Would of loved it but it started leaking out of the bottom first use, tried dumping it, then refilled it but continued to leak, returned it to store..

    Followed instructions to get coffee maker up and running. When I tried to run plain water through machine as instructed. I kept getting an “add water” message. However, the reservoir was full of water. Trouble shooting instructions did not discuss the problem. We looked on you tube and found many people had the same problem. We finally resolved the problem and machine now works fine.

    Coffee stays hot for 3 hours. I like that there is no hot plate so it saves money.

    I only wish it had a bigger opening on Carafe to pour faster.

    As a space saver, rates 5 stars! Coffee making, not so much! Single cup brews so fast, even on strong, coffee is weak & barely hot. Also splatters when brewing in single mode. Using carafe is OK but also brews fast even on strong. Would have returned it if had not exceeded the time to do so. Will read “fine print” next time…..

    This coffee maker was a great purchase. It is easy to use. The coffee this great and fresh. The metal pot is something that my wife wanted in a coffee maker. The coffee stays hot.

    I have had absolutely no problems with this Mr coffee maker! It works great & coffee is hot whether you are making one cup, or a full pot & yes definitely will keep the coffee hot for hours in the very high quality carafe!

    This item was new and I liked the idea of the Steel Coffee Pot and the ability to use a single serve Cup. But, what I dont like is Water leaking out of the bottom. I think its condensation.

    Each new item has it’s quarks and methods so I tried to “get to know“ this pot for two weeks, but this is the worst coffee pot I’ve ever owned. The insulated carafe isn’t put together properly and leaks at the handle seam in the front. The water hopper pees out into the filter when the single use cup filter is in, there is a puddle on my
    countertop. The K-cup single is even weak like it misses the mark. When brewing a 10 cup pot the hot water leaves dry grounds in the filter so the actual pot of coffee is very weak even on the “strong” setting. I have never been more disappointed in a coffee pot in my life. I am returning to the store not by mail because I don’t want to pay shipping and expect a full refund. Eeuuu I sound so cranky, because I am.. so disappointed!

    Love the duality of it can make a whole pot or 1 cup but must press strong unless you like real weak coffee.Husband uses the pot for tea as well.

    Love mine, yes it did leak once on my countertop because I did not push the water tank down properly. I still have not figured out how it keeps my coffee hot because where the carafe set doesn’t get hot… but my coffee never has that burnt spell. Liked the little coffee maker so much I purchased a second one for our beach cabin. No problem with the single cup making.

    Coffee not as hot as I would like. Recently started leaking water. Changed filter,checked seal. Still leaks. Don’t use any more

    This product allows for the same amount of coffee to be brewed as most traditional drip coffee makers, while having a significantly smaller footprint.

    The insulated carafe is excellent at keeping coffee warm; I went back for more coffee as long as 4 hours later with the coffee still piping hot. It may seem odd to not include a hot plate underneath, but it’s not needed with the insulated carafe.

    It also allows for brewing with K-Cups, or even an included single-serve, refillable K-Cup.

    There’s likely a diminishing value in the included water filter setup; it may reduce the need to clean the coffee maker, but I’m willing to bet that the filters themselves are expensive.

    Note: I did have an issue where the coffee maker did not recognize that there was water in the tank. If this happens, be sure to reset by pressing the middle two buttons on the front of the machine (Min + Strong) for about ten seconds. It worked fine after that!

    Coffee maker leaked and I have no vehicle to return to store. So I contacted Mr. Coffee and they shipped me a new one that works great.. No leaks from seal..

    1st coffee pot leaked from bottom as soon as you put water in the reservoir. Returned and ordered another. Received it and the exact same thing happened. Not recommended!!

    It is made poorly. Making coffee with carafe works better than single serve K-Cups. The stainless steel carafe keeps the coffee hot which is great!

    I was looking to find a coffee maker and also a k-cup so I would have it all in one unit and I found one at Best Buy and it has opened up space on my kitchen countertop and I can make 10 cups of coffee or one cup with the k-cup

    I bought one for myself and one for my daughter. Mine leaked all over the counter. I filed a report. My daughter’s leaked. I called for a replacement. The e-mail was sent to her. She failed to respond to the Mr. Coffee e-mail asking for additional information so she did not get a replacement. I got a replacement and it leaks water all over my countertop. 3 out of 3 leaked. Terrible.

    This coffee pot is not worth it. Spend a bit more and get a better product. We returned it and got a Ninja; which we love.

    Needle keeps blocking up and coffee maker doesnt brew. After brewing the wayer keeps dripping causing a mess on the counter.
