Kyle –
This is the best keyboard to use with the Microsoft Surface Book 2 that I have found. Easy to connect and great feel on the keys. Will definitely purchase again in the future.
Rrodriguez79 –
Easy set up and works great. Glad i added this to my surface for easy office use.
PROTECH –
Exellent and quality product. Very happy with performance. Would buy again. Thank you BestBuy!
GianniV –
Loved the keyboard. I love that it connects via bluetooth.
Devo –
I liked this keyboard, but ended up going with the MX keys (which I wish came in grey) because it has a light up feature.
BojanA –
Soft touch and quiet keys. Black would’ve been better on looks as it won’t show much scuff marks or stains after long term use. Fits in my laptop backpack for traveling.

sharp, fancy-looking, smooth surface… but I ended up returning it. I tried it for the 30 days returnable time, I really tried, but every day I hate it a bit more. The feeling of the surface keys is too smooth and they are not very responsive, it feels like u have to press them a bit more than you should. I guess it’s for the flat-looking. The space bar sounded a bit clickier than the rest like it was off. I exchanged it for the —–MX Keys Logitech instead——- and I am very happy with it. It’s like everything. If you don’t feel you really like it don’t keep it, cause you gonna end buying another.

I really like this keyboard!!! The keyboards form Microsoft Surface are always my favorite keyboards on the market. It’s also really cool that this keyboard uses bluetooth so it doesn’t have a wire, so i can take it with me when i travel
RestonScots –
Nice product, very easy to setup with good solid keys.
Jaimz –
This is my favorite portable keyboard so far. The Keys are spaced out just perfectly to type without getting all tangled up and making a lot of mistakes. I have older fingers and find that laptop keyboards are a pain to type on. Everything about this keyboard is comfortable and easy to use. BUT no backlit keys? Not rechargeable? Come on microsoft you should know better.
Gamertx –
love it! I have long nails, and this works for me, it’s also quiet and feels great to type – I own 2 – for work and home
LeeM –
Great keyboard. Great value. Easy to use and setup.

I saw this in a store once and it was on my mind ever since. I couldn’t justify the price, but I think I got it on sale and it was definitely worth it. If you’re on the fence, go for it. It’s not for everyone (I have a mechanical keyboard for my work computer) but for a family computer, this is a great mix of quality and usability. The keys feel great and the battery life is amazing.
Bernard –
If you’re looking for an excellent low profile Bluetooth keyboard, this is it! I really enjoy typing on this keyboard. It is definitely worth the price.

Love this keyboard. Been using an old wired keyboard, but the keys were getting sticky and not responding to typing. Decided to get a keyboard that matched my surface and boy what a difference. Love the feel of the keys. Wish I had done sooner, but was great was it went on Sale at Best Buy.
lc607 –
Great keyboard. No issues with staying connected to my Dell Laptop. I love how slim and portable it is. No issues so far and I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now. Will get another for my second work location.
JoeOM –
I purchased this MS keyboard with the Surface 8 Pro and a MS Mouse. Great combo.
Rich –
great keyboard, small and portable and very well made.
msweeney –
I loved it until it stopped working right after the warranty was up. I couldn’t return it or exchange it. After several battery changes and trying to remove and re-add it to the Surface, I gave up on it.

When purchasing anything Apple or Microsoft branded, you’re going to spend more. However, this keyboard is great. Excellent typing experience! Desing/look are great as well.
Bahn007 –
Just as described works great. Would recommend to a friend.
BKBK –
Great keyboard. It’s great that it’s wifi. Saves not using an USB port.
Ceja310 –
Excellent quality !!! This keyboard is flawless without a doubt. It feels silky smooth and works great.
Vijay –
Nice key board but have to buy batteries which is a pain.
Mystic13 –
I bought this keyboard because it was highly rated for someone typing with long nails. So far, it is working quite well for me and my typing speed/accurracy has increased as I have gotten use to they keyboard. I like the size – it’s a little narrower than my previous keyboard so it doesn’t take up as much room on my desk. I’ve only been using it about a month so time will tell if it is durable and the keys stand up to the rigors of typing for 8-9 hours a day.

It goes to sleep after 10 or so seconds and then takes 5 seconds to show what you have been typing after it tries to wake up. It feels like it is lagging but it is not. No amount of troubleshooting could help either. Do not get me started with trying to t contact Microsoft for support. Save yourself the trouble and get something else. Anything else. A typewriter for that matter.
Sara –
It is very nice looking, but I was hoping for a quitter keyboard.

Considering that I am using this keyboard to write this review right now, I can confidently say that it is exactly what I was looking for! About a year ago, I tried purchasing the Microsoft full-size Bluetooth mechanical keyboard because I’ve had great experiences with Microsoft hardware in the past, but I have to say that keyboard was a disappointment. It felt cheap and I did not enjoy typing with it. Nevertheless, after purchasing a Surface Pro 7 a few months later and loving its keyboard cover despite its small size, I figured I should give the full-size Surface-version wireless keyboard a shot, and it certainly does not disappoint!
It was very easy to connect to my Surface Pro, and it seems to have solid battery life. The keys are comfortably spaced apart and they have a nice travel distance without being the big, blocky keys that you see on many other keyboards in this price range. As a result, I would describe this keyboard as having a very accurate and satisfying typing experience. As someone who enjoys typing and types over 100 words per minute, the typing experience means a lot to me, so I really appreciate that this keyboard excels in that regard.
Since I’ve virtually only ever used laptops, I haven’t spent much time using a full-size keyboard, but this keyboard has all the keys on it I want and then some. I’m admittedly not that comfortable with the number pad yet, but I can see it coming in handy, especially because I spend a lot of time working in Excel.
I also love the professional look of this keyboard as opposed to the numerous RGB gaming keyboards available. This keyboard looks right at home in the office. Perhaps the only thing I would knock it for is that it doesn’t come in black, but I don’t mind the silver all that much.
All in all, I would highly recommend this keyboard to anyone who wants a professional-looking keyboard with a great feel and typing experience.
CRODAGNONMAN –
Great new keyboard for surface, great profile light weight and works great. Love the sleek profile!
Suveras –
Garbage. One month and is not working anymore. Change the batteries and nothing. Expensive and defective
Cmblack –

Hugh –

LRNG –

LindaN –
Love this keyboard. CAPS lock has light so you know when in caps mode. This is a must
Also live it hS the calculator type numbers on right size for fast entries of numbers. Best ever!!!@
Travis –
I have had this keyboard for a short while. I will say at first it will feel small and take a bit to adjust. I love this keyboard now after using it daily. I have all surface products and have suited me well.
alexle92 –
I’ve owned two of these and they are a wonderful full-size keyboard. The battery notch on top provides some elevation to the keyboard, unlike the Apple Magic Keyboard, which comes out flat
MicrosoftUser7 –
I purchased this keyboard for work at home. Set up is for my Surface Pro. The keyboard connected easily. I bought this item because it delivers longer battery life compared to the less expensive keyboards.
I am happy with my purchase.
JulianC –
Keyboard was in Excellent condition. Very nice design and easy to synchronize to laptops and smartphones.
I have been using it for 2+ months now, no issues at all.
Chris –
Smooth and sleek. Nice to the touch. Blend in nicely with my laptop and mouse
Thomas –
A good option for MS users – especially MS Surface users – who value the style of the MS branded equipment.
The Good: Premium look. Good Key Response.
The Bad: Expensive relative to its competiton. No backlight. Function Keys are shared w/Shortcut Keys (like Media, Volume, Brightness, etc) – so you have to keep toggling the function key on and off. For a Full size keyboard – Ive seen better layouts that this.
SamF –
Excellent keyboard. Has all the functions for Windows.
BrandonP –
Great keyboard similar to ones on Surface laptop and devices. I love the number pad and extra keys. Great feel and click to them as well!
HollyW –
Lightweight, Sleek, and easy to use. Bought one for office use
Nicole –
Stylish, compact and lightweight. Recommend for home office.
EricE –
I was looking for a super quiet, or silent, keyboard to use while on video meetings with clients. Given the advertised statement of “depress the keys silently so you won’t disturb others,” I was optimistic about this one! It was quieter than many, but definitely not quiet, and absolutely not silent! The best I’ve found (without building a keyboard from purchased parts) is actually the Logitech MK295 Silent Wireless Keyboard — a steal at $29.99 including the mouse! This Microsoft one was disappointing.
Christopher –
I love this keyboard. I bought one for the office and one for my home office.
Mine –
Matches my HP Computer really well and so far so good. Like that it is similar to my old keyboard.

The Microsoft Surface Full-size Wireless Keyboard is a testament to both style and functionality. Its sleek silver design seamlessly integrates with the aesthetics of the Surface series, making it a visually appealing addition to any setup.
The first thing that strikes you about this keyboard is its impressive build quality. Crafted with premium materials, it exudes durability and feels sturdy under your fingertips. The keys offer a satisfying tactile response, making typing a breeze while maintaining a whisper-quiet operation, perfect for both office and home environments.
MatinaC –
Great until it stops working. And if you’re unlucky enough that it happens after the 60 day return policy you have no options. You will call the Geek Squad and will be told to bring it to a store. The store will tell you to “Just call Microsoft and they’ll send you a new one because it’s still under manufacturer’s warrantee” Microsoft will not return your emails for weeks, they’re probably trying to get you to give up. Oh and there’s no way to talk to a person at Microsoft Support (or if there is, please let me know becuase I tried!) Pick something else, save money and aggravation.
aricas –
Lightweight. It would be a 5 if the keys were backlit.
