BatteryDrain –
I’ve had this keyboard for over 2.5 years now. In the first year, it performed decently well. The only issue was some connectivity issues sporadically. After the first year, my batteries went dead and so I went to replace them. From then on, no matter what batteries I used, they would drain out in 20 hours. So they lasted only 1 day of usage. I ended up buying rechargeable batteries and kept swapping out a pair daily for the last 1.5 years. Now the keyboard has given up the ghost and will not work at all.
I’m very surprised by how bad it has performed considering how much I spent on it. $121.00.

I got this keyboard for work and it’s definitely improved my comfort levels. It is kind of annoying when the keyboard sleeps after not using for a few minutes, but that’s not a deal breaker. I’m using this with a Mac and it works great.

This product gives you a premium quality and feel for a keyboard. But, like all ergonomic keyboards, it only works if you’re willing to put in the time to adjust your typing style to meet it’s construction. The key push nicely and are snappy/responsive. Connects well/easily to the computer.
Rathfulman –
Like all Logitech, it’s easy to connect and use. It takes a few hours to get used to the unfamiliar hand position — and switching back to a straight keyboard is tricky, too — but it’s worth it. The letters on the keys are coming off sooner than I would expect them to.
Brian –
Makes my wrist not hurt anymore but wish it had a mouse to use. Works great. Very satisfied

Will be buying a second one for my other computer! Great buy

This honestly is my favorite to keyboard I’ve owned, however, it has one MAJOR design flaw…. It only works with Bluetooth and the connection is fair at best. I used this keyboard for all of 2 hours and I lost track of how many times it skipped words, letters, was delayed, etc. The icing on the cake was when I needed to make a call and the keyboard just stopped working while I was using my Bluetooth headset (I was using this for work). If Microsoft came out with this keyboard and a dongle option this would be the perfect keyboard, but as it is I would absolutely not recommend it and tell you to go with the Logitech option.

My hand was almost removed a few years ago in an accident, this is the first keyboard that I have tried that doesn’t hurt my after just a few moments. Amazing.
COLT45 –
Comfortable bluetooth keyboard….make sure your work pc has Bluetooth beforehand or you will regret it.

I bought this in February for my office. It is junk. Now in July it will no longer turn on or connect. Waste of money. I would not buy.
KLev –
This works great once I got use to using it. The one drawback from it is that my computer doesn’t see it until after the system boots to the login screen. It quiet, comfortable, and easy to use.
TechReivewerMD –
Necessary and practical keyboard good ergonomics. Certainly worth it if you can catch a deal
LG11 –
Just over a year later and this thing has stopped working entirely. Won’t accept new batteries. Keeps disconnecting. Not worth the money.
Rubyreds –
don t really like it. It wont put the first letter of some words on the site and it is hard to monuver with the slant. would not buy this again
I really prefer the regular keyboard Seems like this one is all jumbled up
Aeon –
Easy to use, gentle on hands and wrist honestly best keyboard I have bought, love it more then my work keyboard.
Tani –
Excellent keyboard. I love this keyboard is the best.
TimJ –
This is actually my second one that I purchased. It works like a dream if you’ve used ergonomic keyboards in the past
unhappywithbestbuy –
Some keys stopped working after 2 month…bestbuy wont take it back because its out of the “returnable” window
AshleyS –
Works great with my MACBook pro laptop. Connects via Bluetooth very quickly and reliably. Without having to pair/disconnect multiple times like I have with other wireless keyboards. I like that it also doesn’t take up a USB port, and works solely off of Bluetooth. Battery life is excellent, too. I do wish it had an on/off switch, though. Would highly recommend.
kcbroncosfan –
Must have for surface users great feel on your hands and very responsive
Taylor –
We love it was jus what we where we’re look for at the time
Johannas –
I have tried many ergo keyboards. None even come close to this one. It’s my second one as I wore out the first one. Totally worth trying. You will love it. By the way, I DON’T use it with a Surface. Never have. But I love it.
Martin –
might work if you get used to it, Another negative is the footprint, takes a lot of space on the desk
Home –
I like the key board with the exception that it does not have a caps light.
Cass –
Ive been using this keyboard for almost a year now and am as happy with it as on day 1. The ergonomics are great (no wrist pain), it has all the features you need (10 key), and the keys make a satisfying but not to loud clack when pressed.
HappyCuztomer –
I already had the regular surface wireless keyboard but I wanted this one for another desk that I work on and it feels amazing on my Wrist.
Kale1986 –
I have always used the Microsoft ergonomic keyboards. They have an amazing sculpt design that fits my hands and arms perfectly. when my wired one broke after 10 years of service being used every single day and surviving 3 moves including a cross country move. I decided it was time to upgrade to a wireless peripheral to help clean up the desk. I love the clean sleek look of the silver. The wrist pads are smooth and soft and much higher end feeling than my old one. This would literally be perfect except for one flaw. The keyboard is not backlit, which wouldn’t be a problem, but since the keys are printed with very thin white lettering, they are VERY hard to see, even in bright lighting. Now, I’ve been typing for 35 years and don’t need to look at the keyboard very often unless i’;m using function keys or some ofthe less used keys, so it doesn’t effect it too much, but even if it had a charcoal grey font printed on the keys i think it would still look good but be a lot easier to see. I realize backlighting would probably drain the battery too much but if they could either change the color of the key font or add backlighting this would be a perfect 5 star.
Chris –
I purchased this keyboard as the logical upgrade from the previous model offered from Microsoft, the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard. This is incredibly comfortable to use and the key travel/mechanism was exactly what I was looking for after using a Surface Laptop and loving the feel of that device’s keyboard. There’s two quirks with this keyboard, first being that the number pad is part of the primary keyboard, vs. being a separate part with the previous model, which gives it a larger footprint if you don’t need it. The second is the Bluetooth connectivity, which frees you from needing a USB dongle, but the way Microsoft’s devices tend to go to sleep it feels like it takes too long for the device to wake up and reconnect with your PC/Mac/device.
Dizman –
I love this Keyboard. It was easy to setup. It came with batteries already installed so all I had to do was pull the plastic tab out of the battery compartment and it connected quickly to may computer. Super easy. Oh, the Batter cover is held in place by magnets so its easy to open.
I like using an ergonomic keyboard because it is so my more comfortable for me. Not only does this keyboard look great but I love the low profile keys that feel more like my laptop. I like the action of the keys as far as how the response feels when I type. It is stiff light action, meaning it doesn’t take a lot of pressure to press the key down and it returns back to the top very quickly. The keystrokes are shallow making it easier to type faster with slight movements rather than pressing a key deep down into the board. This keyboard works well and feels great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great ergonomic Bluetooth keyboard.

This was weird at first but now it’s great! I’m at the computer 8 hours a day
ErickaJones217 –
Love the color and durability. This is what i use at work as a dispatcher so wanted to use the same at home so far has worked out well.
WantItToWork –
Though the overall design is simply brilliant, I’ve now owned 3 of the same model. The first worked beautifully but resulted in stuck keys. The second was an open box that was in supposedly “excellent” condition, but it would not connect to BlueTooth. I then purchased a third, which connects normally but duplicates characters dozens at a time with every press of the key.
I’ve come to the conclusion that the fundamental design is very comfortable to use, but seems to demonstrate poor software and engineering design. In short, perhaps the purchase will work and perhaps it won’t. Let the buyer beware.
Techqueen –
Really nice keyboard. Easy to setup and beautiful too. Feels just like the surface keyboard.
flaco –
What a great investment for my hands. i had an accident last year and i had to have a metal plate and some pins placed in my wrist. this great keyboard has helped me tremendously to go back to work without too much pain.
HonestBanana –
What do you call a product with high quality hardware but horrid software issues?
Answer: A paperweight, but more specifically Microsoft 3RA Surface Keyboard.
When this keyboard goes into “sleep mode” after about 3-4 minutes, it fully turns off and you have to go back to your Bluetooth settings to reconnect it. The main issue here is that this “quirk” basically hampers computer productivity. Need to do research? Need to pause your video? Went to the restroom and expect your keyboard to work? TOO BAD.
Even after scouring the internet for updated drivers and Microsoft support for this device it is still a lemon. Safe yourself the return hassle and skip this product.
Skellington2828 –
Wish this was bluetooth enabled. The keyboard is an awesome fit. Very comfortbale for me. It is small enought for me to use on a smaller desk. I really love this keyboard but hated the mouse. The mouse was bulky.
Cdrjr –
Best Full Sized Bluetooth KeyBoard excellent for your desktop, very comfortable, and easy to use, very easy to connect and stays connected without any hassle.
Johnwick –
Comfortable keyboard layout. Way better than the old logitech one i used to have. Good battery life( uses AAA batteries)
Can be used with 2 devices at the same time!
Overall excellent bluetooth keyboard.

I have been using this keyboard for several years. I have had to replace it a couple of times, however I use it for 40+ hours a week. The typing is perfect and I love that the number pad is connected. I have one at work and one at home.
Nick –
I own two of this same keyboard. It is easy to use and comfortable when typing. I bought this as an open box ($60ish) and think it’s well worth the money.
The downside of this keyboard is that it still uses a couple AAA battery to power it. Lasts for a while, but actual batteries (over a chargeable device) is somewhat archaic.
When typing, there is a good button “feel” and more sophisticated sound made by the keystrokes.
FairfaxBrian –
Great, but just like the Arc mouse, this freezes for a few seconds every couple of minutes, which is super annoying. It’s gorgeous, so I’m keeping it, but I have to keep another keyboard handy for when I’m writing something substantial.
David –
This is likely the best ergonomic keyboard I have ever found. It looks like Microsoft might be ending production on it, as it’s getting harder and harder to find.
Kato –
Super comfortable for long days at the computer! Great value
Chris –
Are use this purchase to replace an ergonomically keyboard that was about 20 years old that stopped working. I really enjoy the fact that this one is cordless and it is made out of a very durable material hope it lasts another 20 years
tgzz –
Worked really well when I first bought it. Sadly, it lasted less than 6 months. If you are going to get one, buy the extended warranty. Better still, get Logitech Keyboards – never has an issue with them.
AnthonyN –
I adore this keyboard because it is ergonomically designed, more comfortable for my hands and fingers to type on, and promotes comfort in a natural position.
Akintono –
stopped working after 1 month of purchase. :(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Vllj –
Fantastic keyboard would recommend it to all my friends
EvaM –
This is by far the greatest keyboard I’ve ever owned. The keys are almost silent where my coworkers have noticed and asked about the keyboard. I was starting to feel pain on my wrists but since switching to this board my wrists stopped hurting when typing. My only complaint is the discoloration of the resting pad but that’s just cosmetic.
GaryC –
This is the Best keyboard I have ever used it is excellent
