    Chord is shorter than original charger, laptop displays slow charging now since I started using this charger. Does the job, but miss my old charger.

    It says it is supposed to have a usb port too to charge another device at the same time. It doesnt.

    I’ve had my mircrosoft pro for about 4 years. The charger stopped working a few weeks ago and after borrowing a friend’s (to make sure that was the issue) I bought this one as a replacement. No problems since!

    My daughter lost her charger for her surface and was using the usb-c port to charge. It wasnt performimg well so I bought this to kake sure it wasnt the computer and it worked like a charm.

    it’s a fine power supply but there is no USB port on this adapter – not sure why they claim there is – maybe because on the adapter with the laptop there is a usb port so perhaps they just copied the description without actually knowing what the product contained.

    Much lighter and easier to lug around than the power which came with my Surface X Pro. It doesn’t have the extra USB charging port like the other one has but not an issue for me.

    Excellent product! I left my charger at work which is 45 minutes away. I was working from home and facing a battery that wouldn’t last until I returned. I ordered this online for pickup and had it within 2 hours. It works just like the one at my office. Now I’m never without a charger.

    Absolutely works. Cant believe this type of power supply doesn’t have an after market adapter of some sort (USB C maybe?) but here we are in 2023 and this the lame power connection from Microsoft. Yes, this works. Yes I bought one 3 years ago. Yes, I plan on buying this again in 3 years.

    I am so happy that I was able to order it and picked it up. I love that I called the store and got went through a customer service representative and he was awesome and helped me figure out which one I needed. He stayed on the phone with me through the whole thing!! Love that I can call and there is help available no matter which way I want to purchase and have the help that I needed!!

    For a computer you don’t plan on working from/using for extended periods of time it’s a great purchase. If your are hoping to extend the hour per use by charging while computer is in use (not really recommended) this is not the charger for you. Depending on the activity you are trying to preform the computer can deplete the battery faster then the charger can charge it.
