    I purchased this so that I could play a few games on my iPad and Apple TV. Wow, what a difference – so much better than using Apple remote for the  TV. iPad is nice to play on too. Refurbished unit looks brand new – no issues!

    Everything looked good but the controller has a drift the left analog stick gets stuck all the time this has been happening since I got the controller on the bright side I did get a controller cheap so I could have two instead of 1

    Love getting things refurbished. Lower cost and I know it oughtta work fine since its been worked on already. And if its not, I know I can bring it back in.

    This thing was a really nice upgrade from the controller that came with the console. More ergonomic grip. Can’t complain.

    I bought 2 of these as well as an Elite Controller. All were on sale at a price that I thought why not buy a refurbished controller as I was sold by the marketing and good reviews, Within a very short time I noticed that as I played my character started drifting on his own. It just got worse and I couldn’t return it. Then the same thing happened with one of the regular controllers. 1 out of 3 is working and that is ridiculous. I don’t recommend buying refurbished.

    I didn’t know what to expect in a refurbished controller. Truth be told I can’t tell the difference. It works fine. I will look for Geek Squad Certified Refurbished items again!

    The Xbox Wireless Controller has become the standard for gaming especially on a PC. This white S model pairs easily with a Windows 10 computer via bluetooth connectivity so no additional dongles are needed. Also great if you need to add a P2, P3, or P4 to your existing Xbox One console. Would be nice if they came with rechargeable batteries, but they are fairly cheap. It’s also been confirmed that these will be compatible with the Series X console releasing later this year.

    Xbox is great. I ordered cause the kids kept leaving it upsidown and the sticks got messed up. It came the same day my parts came for the other one so fixed the old one and have 2 now.

    It’s broken already. The right bumper won’t work. I’m really disappointed in best buy for selling refurbished junk. It makes me not want to do business with you and now I need to buy a new controller and I want new head phones. I’m thinking I should just go to Walmart where I expect to spend money on junk. I thought best buy was a step up.
