Purchased this surface book refurbished but battery is complete trash. Don’t trust best buy refurbished! I have had better success on ebay then this experience.

Like the laptop and functionality. Have a few issues with the screen detachment function but overall very good.

Bought this laptop refurb upon inspection it is worst buy every from best buy. The bettery capacity is below 50%. Microsoft will charge non warranty replacement which will be almost the same price I paid for this. Might as well buy brand new. Sorry Best Buy, I was not satisfied this time as this device should never be sold with that kind of batter capacity.

Loving my refurbished laptop. Trying to find a sleeve for it was a bit tricky – I wish there would have been information about that in the box. So far, so good. I love how light it is and how easy it is to transport. Taking the screen off was a bit tricky the first time, but other than that, it has all be great!

The computer is now giving me hardware problems. I try reimaging and continues to blue screen. I have purchased over 10 surface books and they’re great computers.
