    I love it, makes my gameplay a lot better and the fact that you can get paddles for extra buttons, and also switch out the joy sticks is pretty sweet, nice controller if you can afford it

    My first controllwr was broken roght out of the box. The A face button woukd only register about half of the time. I returned and exchnaged it for tje same controller, and the one i recueved was the sw problem, except it was both the A and B face buttons. Very frustrating for a basic function to not work on a $130 controller. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

    Absolutely love my Elite controller. Heavier weight, textured rear grip, customizable binds, home button color, joy stick resistance, customizable trigger settings, & more. My ONLY issue is the stupid bumpers are still cheaply made. BUY THE WARRANTY!!

    I thought it came with the pieces and stuff but it didn’t. That’s my fault for not reading it correctly lol. Good product overall tho. I’m not a big time gamer and I’m glad this one is fairly simple to use. It definitely has helped me improve my firing rate.

    Solid controller, works well. The replaceable thumb sticks are cool, but unfortunately this controller doesn’t come with the paddles, so you will have to buy them separately.

    I love these controllers but they do tend to break easily from regular usage. Make sure to buy the insurance.

    Overall a good controller with back paddles. It is a plus if you are looking for added weight in comparison to the standard controller. The back paddles need some time to get used to. The most important feature to me is that the sticker click can be disabled.

    Love these remotes just wish Microsoft would’ve fixed the stick drift issues these tend to get. Doesn’t help that I’ve seen break downs of the remote showing the same joystick design in both this premium remote and their basic remotes.

    Super easy to use and customize, good grip for those sweating gaming sessions. Only thing missing is the good old capture button for pictures and videos, otherwise 10/10

    Happy with the buttons were Defective. Try to get a replacement didn’t have the same one in stock when I did the replacement ended up getting another one that was supposed to be the right one, that one just was nowhere near the same at all, so I tried to strange for the third time… long story, short…:; it was a pain in the butt

    I have been using the Elite series of controllers since gen 1, it is nice to finally have a cheaper purchasing option than the $180 original gen 2 with the case and charging base.

    Had the controller for 6 months, worked great, then R1 stopped being responsive. Now it takes a huge amount of force for it to register. Overall, the gamepad is ok, but besides the materials i think a regular series controller is better than this.

    All of the pro elite series 2 xbox controllers have issues. I have owned for different controllers and always seem to develop a problem with either LB or RB about 4-5 months in. To be totally honest, unless you have a total tech membership this product is not worth the money. If you would like to follow through with a purchase just ensure you get insurance for it because it will definitely give you problems within a short time.
