  1. Arvin

I bought the other Metra adapter for Toyotas thinking it would fit in my car only to find out it didn’t work. Ordered these and they fit my new speakers and matched the stock mounting holes in my car!! Made installing my new speakers a breeze!!

  2. Corolla2005

I used these to install a pair of Kenwood 6×9’s in my 2005 Corolla. At the one unique mounting point there wasn’t enough clearance between the speaker and the adapter hole for the factory 10mm screw head to fit. I had to use a smaller bolt attached to a nut inside the trunk at this one location.

  3. LDallas

If you want to do it yourself for speaker changes in your car, this is the piece you need and was exactly what we needed. Description was perfect and arrived for pickup earlier than anticipated

  4. case

does the job in my sons truck. They work as described.

  5. bobbyP

Worked perfectly for ’07 Camry, however, I had to buy shorter mounting screws to mount on rear deck of my vehicle.

  6. Jamaal

This purchase was a great way to update the audio in my wife’s car. We take great care of her vehicle and it looks like it’s gonna last for many years to come. The only reason we would have had to buy a new one would be to upgrade the tech and now we are all good.

  7. Myis350f

Perfect fit for the 2007 Camry rear deck speakers. Jusy need to make another whole or 2 on the bracket it self to anchor the speaker but thats just plain easy to do

  8. Unknown

It fit my 2010 Toyota Corolla perfectly with no problems

  9. NickyDishes

Fit perfectly!!!….For new Coax rear deck 6 x 9’s in my 05 Toyota Camry XLE (w/ no nav)Unfortunately Pioneer’s TS-900’s “Universal Custom Fit” adapters that came with new speakers do not fit whatsoever. Had to order these. Metra cane through on this one

  10. Johnny

These are a must if you want to install speakers with larger magnets and not interfere with the operation of the windows. Can’t go wrong with Metra!

  11. MrClean

They were a perfect fit with no issues during install.

  12. MarkJrShriber

Surely fit perfect definitely enjoying this set so happy with it

  13. Mattman

Worked well. Would have liked them to not have a gap between them amd the car in places. Made installing my speakets a breeze .

  14. Rio7

Bought these for a 2010 Toyota Corolla to put in some JBL GX963. The holes to screw in the speaker to the adapter did not line up. I could only get 2/4 to line up. Since this bracket is not solid plastic, but instead injected molded with large missing gaps along the inside of the rear view of the adapter, I could not simply drill new holes to make it work. This missing inner plastic also made the product feel flimsy as in to much bend/bolt force could easily crack it. The holes connecting the bracket to the car frame lined up fine. Will make me think twice before ordering Metra products in the future.

  15. Useless

It was a nice item. Would recommend if you need to change your rear speakers for a Camry.

  16. Zeke

They hold the speakers in place. The system sounds awesome

  17. Diego

This speaker mount made my new speakers fit like factory . Worth the money .

  18. gootz1977

Perfect fit and gave me the clearance I needed in the front doors of my 2002 Toyota Camry.

  19. petewildman

I used properly sized sheet metal screws after drilling the rivets out to attach the bracket to my door. It fits snug, no rattling and good torque on the screw.

I used the screws included with my speak to attach the speaker to the bracket. However I noticed it can be easy to strip the plastic with the screws if using too much force but all mine fit snugly, again, no noticeable vibrations at any of the mounting surfaces. The speakers I installed were a pair of Rockford Fostgate P1692 6×9.

    Everything fits great.

  20. Jch88

Just what i needed for my toyota camry and corolla yrs 2005 &2006

  21. JeffW

Upgraded 2004 Corolla stock system with Kenwood Road Series 6x9s and these mounts worked perfect!

  22. Tina

Product is Great, no issue’s with my speakers. Love it!

  23. maddadthelad

Mounts are not rattling so install so far is great.

  24. RickyL

The associate who sold me these said they were vehicle specific, so i told him year, make, and ordered it. They didnt fit when i put them in my car. Huge inconvenience. Doesnt fit 2017 corolla

  25. Chris

Set up was very easy and super to install back of my car

  26. Blinger74

Needed to install new speakers in car and factory

  27. DonaldM

While they work ok it seems almost like I got just one side. I’m assuming to keep costs down they just make one die because it will work for both sides. I even tried swapping them around.

  28. Angela

Only one screw hole fit. Waste of time! So flimsy and easily break apart

  29. AbadR

Quick and easy, was there less then a hour. Recommend

  30. kymw

Item details said that it would fit a Toyota car. It did not fit my rear car deck speaker.

  31. ShadiS

Fitment was ok. I used them on a 2011 camry rear speaker area for aftermarket speakers. Those mounting holes lined up decently, but the issue I had was that one of the mounting holes to the car body are so close to where you mount the 6×9 to the adapter that you can not get the original bolt from the car to work without hitting the speaker. I ended up just using 3 bolts to the rear deck and the 4th spot i put some cardboard “shims” to keep it snug and not rattle. Other than that they are decent. Btw if you use these, do not tighten the factory bolts all the way because it will crush the adapter since the adapter backside is hollow
